In the other strange universe I occupy time is spent photographing Hyundai, Kia and Daihatsu cars. My ambition in life is to truly slum it and get a photo of a Great Wall when it arrives.
Ron, I am getting better despite the NHS and a private contractor taking 7 months for orthotics ! Just having a bad day. Wish I had not mentioned it now. I am sorry to hear about your problems, have been looking at Dercums. You never know what someone else has. My wife has MS but is not too bad. |

We shot people up three or four times, it helps. Hope the orthotics come in soon, that should help too. Sorry about the MS. Both my sister-in-law and niece suffer from that. Not good! I've had a great day, all alone in the house for the most part. Love it! Happens so seldom. Edited by: Sue at:1st June 2011 00:38 |

Sounds like the Wild-West! ROTFL Isn't it the truth that we don't know just what problems everyone else is suffering on a daily basis and surviving in the best way possible. It does us good to realise that maybe we don't have it so bad! I am sure there any many people I wouldn't want to swop lives with! Hi and goodmorning POEsters. I hope you have a wonderful day. I think it was Ron who called Wednesday hump day! Once over the hump we are heading to a weekend again! Now there is something to look forward to!

Mick, sorry to hear you are in so much pain with your feet. What Sue meant was an injection of steroids. I have had about three of them for problems with my feet. It really does help. |

I had it in the left foot but it did not help. The left got better after 1 year then I got it in the right foot. Some say the steroids help but its not for everyone. Do you have plantar fasciitis Cathy ? |

I had broken a sesamoid bone in half which you have two of located behind your big toe to protect the ligament. It had been floating around and creating havoc with the ligament. That was quite painful. I had an injection right in the side of my foot. Thank goodness it has been repaired but the scar is painful at all times and cannot be fixed. I hope they find a way to ease your pain. |
