Sue, a long story !  Have orthotics for both feet now, need to learn to walk again in a balanced way.  Not sure what you mean by "shot" ?  I did have injection in one foot.

Yes to both you and Cathyml, a shot is an injection. We usually have to give around four over a period of time to our more severe cases, before our patients feel some releif.

Got to take car of your feet, thats for sure.

Talking about feet, I'm off to work today.

Sue, the Doctors who do the injections are not optimistic about the results and surgeons are not keen on the plantar release operation.  NSAID's only make my gastritis worse so its down to orthotics and time !

Cathy,  sorry to hear about your problem, you cannot really rest feet so I am sure you have a lot to put up with.  You may have seen my reply to Sue that there is no real answer for mine other than it should clear up in time.

Sorry to hear of your foot problems mick...hope someone can find something to help you...I know I'm pretty well bedridden some months if I get an gout attack...no I don't drink..everyone else does though...I just seem to pick up on them from being an "sensitive"...make sure your gastritis is not something caused from another problem...such as Cohen's disease. There was an guy with an retreat resort in Arizonia that claimed he got people off thier insulin in one week by "diet" alone...may of moved to Austrialia as I see that it's got an new facilty over there for this problem.

I still like your car photo's mine currently has 247,000 miles on it. No way to buy another one either with medical bills...paying three separate hospitals as it is..dollar down..dollar an week. Not all my health problems.

Better get going for now. Rainy this morning.  Need to tackle an back patio porch for this year from last winter. Day is already looking better!

First an apology.  I know that I have 30 emails but unable to read more than 2 before Yahoo Mail went off again !  Earlier they said it was maintenance.  I am searching POE threads for any auto email, not trying to ignore anyone.

sk lawson,  The foot problem should clear up in time. Had a test for the gastritis / reflux, it was caused by taking NSAID's for another problem !

Thanks for the car photo comment but have changed it now, must find one I like !

Sorry about your gout problem, hope you do not get any more bouts of it.

Ron...see if you can get ahold of Diana....two tornadoes crossed over Springfield, Massachuestss earlier today and took out an 40 mile swath toward Boston...she's probably "OK" but it would be nice to confirm.

Oh my "mick"...yes, I read all the time how one medication can affect another like that...and I fight all the time to not be given more of them some days. In fact, I'm not to happy with one of them I have right now..I don't know if I should tell my doctor its one of those that most doctors get sued over for side effects...I consider it dangerous.

Why don' t you "dream" an bit...post an red Lamborgini...not sure if I spelled that correctly....at least I know the salesman/owner that sells them even if I can't afford one.  He owns an villa in Italy right now..I watched HGTV show us around his estate sometime back on TV. Many years ago (when he was an young fella) one of his salesmen was married to my neighbor..they divorced eventually. Well known in these parts from his car dealerships though.  It's extremely hard to find an decent deal in cars these days.My car, use to be my husband's car and we paid next to nothing for it...he had to drive some 40 miles one way to get to work when we first got it...we decided that if we bought an new one, it would never be paid off before it was worn out. Since then his boss folded up and sold the business as his "ex" wife took most everything he owned. We kept the car...it was paid for anyway. It's been a pretty good car...we started right out getting 30 mpg...where many cars are just now attaining that kind of gas mileage. James Berkland...on sygzyjob.com ...one of the earthquake sites I belong to has an Lexas..but year or so ago he bought him an new Pirus Hybrid...he LOVES the thing....said he'd rather drive it any day...I think he said he got something like around 70 mpg...not sure...but real high in comparison to other cars. Maybe he wants to make an quick get away if California "quakes"???  Jim knows all about them..retired from working for USGS...monitors quakes...he was the geologist for Santa Clara, California in his early years. Maybe you have heard him on "coasttocoast" talk radio? He said he was "worried" about this next coming month (June) last time he was on. HIgh tides and lunar eclispe...I have as yet to report the two wild bears out running around where they shouldn't be....they got the both of them this morning with the tranquilizer guns...took them to the zoo. Of course his remark would be in "weird" animal behavior most animals run AWAY from the danger... before it happens. We have an lot of rivers filled to the max right now also...snow melt. Keep my eye on it all.

The weather can be more scary than war I think.  At least during a war you know where and pretty much when the attacks will come. (Terrorist war excluded).  Weather is so random and affects anyone/everyone.

I wish you all a very safe and good daySmile

Hi everyone.  Just a quickie (again from the library).  Sorry to say it's looking as if I may have to have a new laptop ... could do without the expense just now, but I hope to be up and running again in about a week.

Miss you all! :(
