Catherineml.....I could use an very elvel headed thinking person and I don't see Paul around here to much...on this genealogy of the family'.....think if I wrote to you the basic information you could sit down and read it....again...I have an "Margaret" stepping in... and slightly twisting the lines up...some of it's right and some of it isn't. I think I'm more correct then she is..whomever she is...but I'd like an second opinion.... It will take me an while to do it. I only wish I could send it to my great Aunt Katerine O'Cana... that started all of this for me.

I'm feeling pertty alone right now James...they closed down the KIngdom of Nye on me...and lost some freinds there I had been posting to....guess Art Bell is back in the area. They re-routed me to an huge site....but you know so far the news on it is nothing I don't already know or haven't seen before. No way to talk like we do here even..person to person. I made one post there yesterday and was told I have not been into the site  long enough as yet to be allowed the feature to post apparently....very "contolled".  They said 300,000 people posted there,  but 243 registered posters. still  feeling like one piece of Hay in an stack of Straw. I know many other people...but I keep my conversations private amoung them pretty much....let them have thier glory with the press on their own pretty much. Kind of down to earth type. I like my talk in an nieghborly fashion...so what happened to everyone here...they get re-routed to an different web site also? Can't say the freedom of press is to good these days any more.

Hi Shirley and all...

Why concern yourself with 'them' when you are already part of the best website and forum on the net bar none!

Good morning all, greeting from Holland were the weather isn't very much like summer must be.

Not much time to spend on POE lately, but still alive and kicking.

At the risk of being a boasting granny, I watched my granddaughter graduate with a first at Loughborough Uni this afternoon on a live webcast.  Very proud of her and it was so good to be able to see it.

Shirley - I would love to help but have very limited resources I can refer to but would be happy to do what I can.  The resources mainly cover England from around 1800 onwards.

Ted - proud, doting granddad!  Nice to see you and glad you are still around :)

Marjorie - that was a wonderful opportunity to see your granddaughter's graduation.  I bet you were so proud of her!

Hi Ron & James and anyone else lurking around this evening, LOL
