Evening young man, reasonably quiet day at work, makes a pleasant change, able to pop in and out of POE occasionally. Just had a lovely beef casserole for tea. Missus does a damn good casserole, with huge dumplings......the casserole not the missus..... Trust your day was agreeable to you...

i have been out doing a bit of garden work for the wifes brother who still immobile after an op --getting a bit too much now as i have enough work of my own to do ---other than that i am mighty fine --a couple of hours to sparee so here goesSmile

i only tried it once whilst single i made a mess of a shirt which i thought was mine ------it turned out to be the  old chapsLaughing

Whoops, James!  I wonder why the women don't get away with that sort of excuse so they don't have to do the ironing!! Undecided  That is the worst possible thing I have to do around the house! Frown

I don't really mind ironing, not that I do much of it these days.  My Mum used to give me extra pocket money for doing it when I was about 13/14.

i dont mind it,do you remeber yrs ago when you came home from school and the maiden was round the fire and steam everywhere,and the irons were on the fire rail getting hot to iron,cant see em doing that these days canyou.Cool
