Hi Karen and very well done indeed!

Guess that means we will only see you in the evening then, unless you can persuade your boss to let you get connected on their PC? Assuming you will be sat at a desk that is, so what will you be doing? Or even tell me to mind my own business! LOL

Me? Well, I have felt better but can't complain because I am better today that I was this time last week.

Hi to James and Dave and all...

Good morning!.....well, finished batch one of the blackberries last night..grand-daughter came in...we were out there sitting at their house on their big porch they have and I noticed clouds comin gthe south this side Mt. Hood...and I said, you will most likley get some rain... if not thunderstorms I bet..to my daughter in-law...well we left and were on the other side of Sandy headed back home....an gorgeous new car in front of us with two gentlemen in it...and it starts raining, I mean pouring down....good thing the car had leather seats....they pulled off into an shopping center to get the roof up most likely, as we kept going on...looked back an bit to see two huge rainbow's across the sky....we never got any rain in here...but humidity is real high today...and suppose to get near 90, with luck... maybe an gentle breeze also?

I packaged my blackberries we picked the night before...as I had sprinkled them down with an 50/50 of stevia and sugar...by the tablespoons scantly...have an good full 2 gallons, but put them in 3 one  gallons bags as to not crowd them  Maybe one more time out and that's it for us this year. I bought the French Vanilla Ice cream and put it in the freezer to go with them also. I have some blackberry syrup to go on pancakes later on also....I also can use them in an sauce for meat with red wine and tab bit of butter..bought the beef several weeks ago. For now... I'm back on my diet also.

I am suppose to go to Bend, Oregon this weekend with my hubby to an outting there but don' t know if I will make it...my ankles in the heat last night started swelling up and I woke with leg cramps. I'm taking it easy today and see how things go, but the weather won't cool down suppsosedly until Monday.  In the meantime the onions I used in the chili was only less then an third of the 25 lb bag I bought...so might chop some of them up to freeze also. Makes using them easier if all I have to do get them all prepared from the freezer...won' tdo to many of them though.  My friend gave me one of those onion choppers to make the fried onion  "Blossoms" that use to be so popular for "appetizers" at one time .Maybe I ought to send that off with my hubby?...with someonion french fry dip of some kind...he likes 1,0000 Island. I go for now..I have been busy...and it's beginning to show also....so it's take it easy time for an little while...talk later.
