Hi Syd, we have had another very windy day but surprisingly no rain - and now we are also needing some!  It has been very hot the last three days!

Hi everyone, hope you are having a wonderful, relaxing Sunday! :-)

Ron, not always sad...today was an beautiful day outside. We went for an drive near the river and airport...same place as those pictures I sent to you all last year or so ago..there were liitle squadrons of baby ducks out along the edge of the river bank...and in the water..I knew they were selling baby chickens recently at the feed store, the eggs must be hatching early this year...but they are so cute and the water level is surpising low...we needed that snow storm last week up at Mt. Hood for this summer, water was glassy still...and the type I like to take the boat out in. Everyone is out and about today walking with and without their animals. I did though wake up with an thumbprint of  an web site MSN...front page that I can't seem to get off my computer screen...in an little tiny miniture format. It's well planted in the center of my screen and up high enough I can't hit the little X on the web page.,,,any suggestions? I get this Ron, because I am working with an bunch of witches I think...and controllers, they don't like at all what I do you know...because It won't let them get  away with the nasties...just send it back is what the docotr ordered an long time ago.. I did write an entire spiral notebook over this last week...on Native Americans...with genealogies, and culture and poetry and an couple of receipes tucked in also. In case you don't know "pocahantas" legacy is is some of the best "wedgewood" you have ever read as to being European style. Right behind them of course are the Catholics....but they don't really recognize them over here. Not amoung the English lines so much anyway. I wish they would come back with those old time ribbon taped...non-electric typewriters. It is so much easier for me to popin an sheet of paper then fight all this computer equiptment. I use to like them when they first came out...now all they are is an "enpense" I hate.. Sad and bad on that one. I've been listening the that cyclone hitting Africa in the news over here....Yes, I think the last three nights hve been teriible tornadoes back east...but if I remeber rightly we were just talking in another web site that the animals have moved up north about 200 miles down along the south from what we are hearing from people in alabama...so it would seem to be that maybe something has influenced the weather also, for these storms to pop up lately, maybe ti moved up further noth also...last  I hear over 30 some people have died. They have to forget about the so called "new" housing project type of living an go back to tornado shelters. They should also think about re-using some of the materials that have been destroyed also. Rain coming in by tomarrow...it's still March...whcih definately came in like an LION over all. I go for now..thanks for wiping out that second posting for me.

Hi Shirley,

Without knowing exactly what you're seeing I can but suspect that the web page didn't close properly. Perhaps you could try deleting your browsing history or alternatively press control+alt+delete and see if the webpage comes up on on the tab "processes". If does highlight it and click "end task".

Good luck.

Thanks James.

So far its been a very odd day weather-wise. The sky can't decide whether it is going to be overcast or not and the wind is howling. It must be the last effects of the cyclone as it moves south.

Have a good day all.
