Goodness me! Look who popped in to say hi! lol.  Hiya Jason, good to see you on POE.

Hi everyone, we have had a number of storms last night and this afternoon, and the way the wind is blowing again there is probably more.  But the rain is very welcome!

Hello Jason, long time no see...there's an camping show over here on the BBC Television station you know...they do occasional travel shows also...that include camping trechniques. All ov us over here have been watching the National Geographic "Disaster Preppers" series out recently. 

Cathyml...the news last night says to back the children of South Africa from an group just is plainly killing them off...they apparently not even given an chance...and some other group is teaching the kids to defend thmeselves with rifles. Sounds kind fo gruesome.One little kid told how his brother was minding his own business and had his head chopped off by them...fight for survival I guess.

I am writing some on my book again...I was along the Appalachian Trail last night explaning it's route and history of which there little is  information upon it's history...but it's an area the Native Americans, preachers and traders all seemed to converge at one time. I must say that I do rather respect the British way of making many of their Native American wives into true European ladies...though doubt they were accepted by the white culture completely...the men treated them decently in taking care of them in thier deaths...along with the offspring...they didn't "discard" them as some factions did...nor loaned them out for "services" to other men. Nice day again today, but gives away to rain tomarrow. Heelo to James and Julie and others also...gonna try an make this short...so have an good weekend everyone.

I never forget your birthday Jason as it is the same day as my brother. We are the same age now until April 6th! 

You'd be happy to know I am eating healthier. My back needs to be fused but they can't do it until I lose 95 lbs. So I have started dieting and have lost 7 lbs. since Feb. 23rd. I weight in on Sunday and might be another lb. less by then.

Hope you have some decent weather for your camping. I hope all of England has some decent summer weather this year.
