Good morning everyone!....Ron,  my sister in-law just called me..the one that had the brain tumor removed....and wants an fire in her wood stove...or do you think she's maybe tired of the company she's been with and would like someone else to talk to?....at any rate, having gotten the grandson's off to school...I told her I'd go get some presto logs, and be over around noon...if her mother is coming, then she can take care of the fire if it goes down. She says that she can not as of yet bend her head down past her chest. but that don't mean she couldn't take an few of the presto logs if in chunks, open the door and throw it in from an bit of an distance away, that it would keep it going until her mother gets there. See why it takes me so long to get things finsihed around this house.... Hi Syd.... Julie.

Hi all.

Wow Cathy, another one! We've forgotten what storms look like. We haven't had a decent one this summer.

We had a heavy rainstorm or two but no thunder and lightning to speak of.

Try and divert that storm eastwards please.

Good afternoon to you James. I believe it has been a nice day in your part of the world. At least in London it has. Stu said it was 15 degrees and pleasant. I hope the weather in June is decent while we're there. Nothing worse than travelling around in the rain.Cool

Hmmm, methinks Cathy did as requested. There is a thunderstorm approaching. Whether it dumps on us ot not remains to seen because, like all the others before it, it seems to be sliding by to the west.

I think I will go offline just in case.

Goodnight all and stay well.Cry

Our storm last night left the morning covered in white snow. Pretty well all melted now...but it seems like this push into Spring is having it's tough times getting there.  Well, we ladies talked ourselves yesterday into complete afternoon "rest" time....after we parted ways. She's looking pretty good for all she's been through recently with the operation. Left her an book she was wanting earlier to read. also...as to an "rest"...was getting to need one anyway..there are days I can just barely slip in about 7 hours in an 24 hours period. I guess the kids are out of school today also, but haven't heard from any of them. So for now..back to "werk" as they say. Have an good one!!!
