Hi to all POEsters...

The scumbags female was videoing me as I drove through the site again today, first time I've been there for a couple of weeks, although Anna drives there daily. It's 100% harassment because she doesn't video any other member of the family, or visitors to the site.

More trouble is brewing that's for sure! Time for a Formal Notice under the Prevention of Harassment Act 1997 to the site owners I reckon, as well as an incident report to Thames Valley Police again.

Oh, and to cap it all the scumbag has put a lock on the waste bin, so now the elderly residents must cut their grass and clear their rubbish to order. Store the stinking rubbish until he opens the bin? Rodents will soon become a problem, but will probably feel at home with the warden. A despicable lout!

Thank you Cathyml..Im working on it..says in my booklet..anything over 300 and get yourself into the hospital.,,it can be danergous. They call that Hyperglycemia..it's cause by an imbalance of something I did..can't think what I did wrong...maybe to much excerise?..though it says decreased from your normal routine can do it...I increased my 45 minutes to one hour daily as of yesterday morning.  Anyway, right before I ate lunch I did another test and it came in at138..maxium allowed is 140...it's better at about 100. Ate my half an tuna sadwhich with fat-free dressing and an cup and half broccoli and carrots steamed with about an drizzled less then 1 Tbplspoon of " lite" blue cheese dressing an my 16 oz. of diet raspberry snapple drink. Will check it again before dinner. Your also expected to have the same routine at the same time daily. Maybe I slept in to late?, as I went back to bed after I first got up at 4:30 am.Anyway, my days right now are spent in trying to figure all this out. I was reading where they said that protein and fats help to stabalize the rate you burn your blood glucose also...eating some of them but not an lot..should help to stabilize it along with the excerise. I think..I hope? Tablespoon of peanut butter in an celery stick maybe ?

Kind of would like to get back to reading the book and get itfinished, but it's been an busy day...got the boat winterized, the storm door panel changed, the lawn feritlized one last time..Holloween decorations out to the kid's house also. They ended up with the "tunnel of horrors" Lemax display....and an tour guide car fromt eh cemetary...reminds me of something the " Adams family" (TV show) would be driving.   I also hung two large spiders off their wrought iron candle holder (lantern) on the table so one spider looked like it was being followed up the front of the table by another. We are talking going to "The Sizzler" tonight for dinner..they have an buffet bar. Big green salad and an little of anything else...no meat but what's in the salads...which is usally not much. . Weight watcher's says when you get in this kind of predictment as an so buffet..rember two large servings spoons of anything you want five times... and that's it. Will talk to you later on. Well,  its over again. They've been and gone and are back hope again.

It took me hours to clean the house because try as they will 2 little girls can't stay tidy. Still it was great having them here.

Little girls are entirely differnt these days Syd..entirely. Wait and you'll see here pretty soon. I decided to have an small tea party here for two little girls...you know what they talked about, it wasn't dolls and teddy bears...it was how to play both sides in their parent's divorces and remarriage... to get what they wanted...like movie tickets ..stay at someone's slumber party and what not...extra ten dollars. ..Surprised me.

Well, we got hubby's pre-adminstration hospital papers in the mail yesterday, so things are proceeding along, he borrowed an walker from his sister yesterday also...before they take off to Arizonia for an while. Should be back November. She has her house all decorated for Christmas..no decorating when she comes back here. Showed us she has her wood for this winter's fireplace also.

I moved furniture around today, so I could put an small rocking chair downstairs for hubby to use and maybe excerise his leg after surgery..tables so all he has to do is rolled up in his office chair to eat lunch also... extra bed near by if he wants to rest, as he watches  tv. Bathroom is between his private room and the downstairs family room....I guess they call them great rooms now...but I put in an new tub mat in the jaccuzi for him also...so he won't slip getting in an  out .Just can't think of to much more to do. I even laid out his golf magazines and other such manly books he can look through if he would like. ....HUm....I got to buzz for now as I think our chicken is done in the oven. Talk later on.

Had to come in and take an break...we went though PAGES of the High Priestess falling down on an pathway and her labor and birthing..I feel like I could use an drink guys. You know she's like 36 years old too!..turned out to be an little girl. She named her Ingrine. I was honestly wondering if she was in need of an "C-section" but then the timing is  AD494.. I think. Well anyway, having given birth she had an vision of this daughter and her son she would have some day......I guess I go back and read some more.

Gave my first Christmas Present for this year...cash...to my son for his "family" Christmas "get away" locally...saved from my check thoughout the year...I'm still not done, but I'd like them to get to thinking of where they'd like to go in hopes maybe we can join them,but in our own room. Reservations are not to be made at the last minute depending on where your going. I toldl them, they are all old enough now..no junk this year in the way of toys their mother willtoss out the door by Fedbruary. Anything else, it's clothing.
