Sue H Posts: 8172 Joined: 29th Jun 2007 Location: USA | quotePosted at 23:48 on 17th May 2013 Right, I'm done with the high dose chemo and get three weeks off before starting the radiation and 24/7 chemo infusion, starting June 3rd. I feel like crap right now. I wish the side effects would go away. They say about six to eight weeks. I think I've changed my worst side effect from fatigue to Thrush (fungus in the mouth). I can't taste a thing, and I love my food so much. Hopefully it will go away soon (meds haven't helped) because I want to eat, eat, eat. I don't care about weight, I just want to taste good food again. I'm beating this Cancer, and I'm thankful to all of you for your support. |

Might help somewhat...supposedly it cleans the radiation out of your blood system. Does the same with eviromental pollution also. |
