Everytime I think of this guy for some reason I think of "Carl's, Jr hamburger stands. I asked my brother how his wifey was doing...one with the brain tumor last year, removed, chemo..etc...hoping to lose weight to have an hip replacement, he said...just fine. then he said ironically "I insured her for an quarter of an million dollars so I could pay off her hospital bills if she decides to kick out on me...we hope it will cover the expenses...wouldn't bet on it though. I doubt he did that in reality. Just an way to let me know he's got hospital bills up his bugaloo. these days. I moved this post, as it didn't belong in the thread it was at. The post is from Shirley. i REALLY hope that none of you think I'm not aware of all the people suffering cancer. I know it's not just me, but I do want you to know that it's a horrible process going through chemo. Every time I go to the infusion room, I'm aware of all who are suffering more than me. Right now I am living in Reno, while I have radiation and a 24/7 hook-up to chemo. Ive been very blessed to be able to Iive with a friend I had made in my hometown, who moved to Reno. I am so glad you have a family (including your extended POE family) and such a great friend to hold your hand and comfort you during this ordeal. It has been a grueling four weeks of radiation. At least the chemo didn't cause pain, but the radiatoin causes excruciating pain. My last session should now be July15th if my blood behaves. I had to have an infusion of red blood cells last week as they were too low and my chemo was put off by a few days. I don't want more put off as my son's birthday is on the 18th, and I want to be home for that. I shaved my head yesterday, as te whispy bits of hair left looked awful.
