My dad was an heavy smoker, but that's not what took him, he had signed papers to not and try to save him,..and hospice took him by mixing up his hospital drugs...found out going through his medications...they should of been sued..cause he made it throught he operation with no problems..Providence Hospital...but it would of not brought dad back. My neighbor's name was "Sue" growing up..her mother smoked like an locamotive back then. Really heavy...could barely see her at times for the smoke in their house...Iona(Grace) Perry was her name..long gone to the other side now. They are Native American realated also..and to them it's an ritual in the smoking. Would not be as bad...if they's skip the filtered cigarettes though...made with formaldhyde. Having an flour paste diet from living on the reseervations...many of drink and smoke heavily..though this generation I think see's the light better and tries to avoid it better. I like to smoke...my turkey's... for the Thanksgiving meal...outside. It's good to hear that Sue is going to lick this battle..and be well. She's been brave through it all.

Or do you mean a short time on POE?

But honest, I am only 45 (memory loss as well) lol
