Four hours in the chemo room, five bags of meds being fed in a different times. And then off to a different facility to get hooked up with another chemo and my pump, Its a 300 mile round trip so we didn't get home until late and very tired. If anyone is interested, I had hubby take a picture of me smiling for all friends who are helping me through with thoughts and prayers. http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b217/strangey05/photo_zps19fbed25.jpg

Can't believe you were sitting in a recliner and didn't have your feet up!! My daughter goes through similar every 8 weeks with her Remicade infusions. Remicade keeps the body from destroying itself. There are increased risks of cancer with taking Remicade. I keep my fingers crossed all the time. |

I have been remembering her in my prayers, along with you and your struggles, Cathy. I did finally put my feet up. I don't know why I didn't from the beginning as everyone else in the room had their feet up. It was all quite comfortable. I really like the camaraderie in room with the other patients too, and the nurses were absolutely wonderful.
