I haven't been able to eat in three days, lost seven pounds, so when I saw this picture, I drooled all over my keyboard.

Time for an update.

Time is moving, and I'm really happy to be getting through these chemo sessions

I've just done chemo five, so hopefully only four more on this round; then I head into the radiation/chemo, which will mean living in Reno and away from my family.

I have to get shots every day the week after each chemo, as it kills my white blood cells. Luckily its something I can do here in my small rural town.

I'm constantly drained of energy, which I think is the worst part. I can take additional meds for the heart burn which is horrendous. I have neuropathy in my fingers, which make many things difficult.

Oh, and Ron, my hair is falling out by the handful. I'll be looking like you in no time at all.

I'm grateful to have such a loving support group around me in the form of family, freinds, church and you POEsters.

OK. Enought of me, how about Roses husband and Karen?

Yeah, I'll second that Vince.

Sue knows that I don't mean anything by the banter, other than to make her laugh so it's good that she is able to use POE as a therapy also, but Sue....looking like me? ROTFL.....I'll comment again when I can get up!! Ha,ha, ha

And yes we also think about Chris and Karen.

Sue, I am still praying for you daily.  I agree with all the posts above.  To be able to laugh whilst you feel like crying or dying is a powerful witness to your spirit of hope and healing.  You hang in there, kiddo.  I think I can speak for the rest when I tell you how much we love you and how much you mean to us.  God bless, and Happy Easter.
