Ron, my hubby has his Pesticide Liscence...and yet he is one of the last to use chemicals..he just don't unless he has to...though many of the nurseries use them from time to time...they cost...so they don't like to use them either. I just lost all my cherries, do to some kind of bugs...probably those ones that had the sex orgey going on couple weeks ago..but this tree in part hangs over the kid's trampoline, so Ican't use anything poisionous...hubby went out an used some liquid soap on it and all the recent rain did was wash it all off. I will go out an take all this year's new growth off the tree..with the bugs...and burn it all. Refertilize the tree and see if I can get some new shoots before next year's crops. With little kids around...you can't use pesticides. Until then..no cherries this year...and I simply can't afford to buy them at $3.89 an pound at the grocery store.

Sad thing...some dude tore down an 2,300 year old pyramid in Belize..down by Mexico... to use the bricks for making an roadway. It was supposedly under state protection... though on private land. All that remians of it is the very center of it with an arch way appearing at the top of it. It's not perhaps an thing of tearing it down, but rather they needed to keep the outline of how it was built on the inside for possible future understanding...or later reproduction. Lost  now forever.

Our disaster of the day...think I'll start an new thread on that one perhaps...this time 100 miles south of St. Louis, Missouri...two freight trains run into each other and one hits an bridge pillar and takes down the bridge...this time 7 people involved.

Also being said is that if your traveling it might take some time as they have found so far 65 weapons...mostly all guns attached to people trying to fly places for Memorial Day...our terrorist are making travellers feel insecure. Be aware...in the hands of non-trained people... guns can be as dangerous.... as the miltants.

The eclipse last night was suppose to be insignificant...but it really sent me for an loop.... and I still have an third eye headache...monsterous thing, I wish would leave. I gave up on the asprin and went to the technique my New Mexico lady taught me when I was at the nursing home, newly hired. Seems to be helping..but I have pain down the whole side of my face and I noticed my lady cat is up-chucking her food this morning. I at times think we are being "attacked" in this country by invisble technology present...by someone. I hope the Envioremental Protection agency keeps at it and "kicks butt" someday. They took my computer off line last night and and thanks to my fella at Office Depoe was able to fix it myself...hubby's car giving him problems this morning...kind of like an light "EMP" attack. Attacks one's nerves and anything electrical. Makes you sick to your stomach lightly also.

I go for now..rain let up some an bit...an lot of huge old trees came down all over the area the last couple of days...can't take heavy rain with them being fully leafed out now as much. So on to the weekend, son and hubby are out looking for car parts today. One grandson is out camping with his friend and thier family up near Mt. Hood RV Resort. ..hope he is "OK". Rest of them are at thier house...whom seldom ever get up before noon on weekends.Have an nice day everyone!

Hi to all POEsters...

Having to delete more pictures where descriptions haven't been added and written to members asking for help yet again.

Please don't be offended, just add a small description to help us all. It also saves me an amount of time researching what they are and the possibilty of me being wrong (if that's possible?) lol

Thanks anyway

I understand that the Brits are protesting the slaugher of the young man that got beheaded the other day....as people showed up in all cities across the nation here protesting against Monsanto and thier GMO seeds. So  far the rain has held off an bit in comparison to last week but we have more incoming. House across the street will be up for sale again here soon from the man yesterday taking care of the landscaping. They apparently let it go back.  Should of taken down the Christmas lights I think also. Probably on of the smallest houses in the area...older people bought it many years ago, and left it when her hubby died and she went into an nursing home. Not much going on this weekend.  To cold outside. I did set up the hammock out back yesterday and an macreme decorator wall hanging on the house next to it. I had some curtains I'd gotten long time ago, I was thinking of wrapped around the studds at the end of it, as it sits under my bedroom balcony...but then I tell myselfto make it an bright picnic table fabric instead and brighten things up an bit maybe some bright colored strips of some kind....it sets next to an small pond...which is on the other side of an small walkway...this is all built up ground that the hammock sits on and beside the walkway, Cutdown my need to buy potted plants. Other side of the pond has an table and two chairs. I gues I go for now...have an good day everyone!

Today is not an good day at all, we are doggie settingfor the kids who went to central Oregon this morning.

Chicago took the day off to shoot each other apprently....random drive by shootings, all under 30 years old...probably the drug cartel, sounds very remeniscent of the early days down in Mexico with the cartel. They bring up with them so many weapons they can probably hand one out for every oz of drugs they issue also...with an hit list of stirring up the public... if they can't pay for them.

There has just been an story released on the news that your Brit was in Kenya...taken in and interograted at one time, beaten and sexually raped...to where his friend said he never came back "normal" to his thinking, kind of spaced out in his mind...he said M15 wanted him to work for them. Any of you guys know about this or is it an bunch of whooey...no one seems to be able to tell the truth these days and is part of the problem. His wife doesn't sound like there was anything wrong with him. Paris finally did what I think we should of done an long ago...protested for sexual relationships that are "normal".
