Well that's odd James, you're Dean on my laptop, and Burl on my phone, think I'll stick to the laptop, I prefer Dean Smile

I'm just about recovered from the shopping John, I hate shopping at the best of times, shopping with an 84 year old, a 27 year old and a 6 year old is just about my idea of hell Yell

It is getting to easy to drag out all the drones, lasers, chemical warfare bottles these days...it is to easy to kill...it is "allowed" always under the name of "freedom..it is sanctioned by adventures movies also...kill the bad guy"...sometimes under an respiteful kind of "justice"...it has nothng to do with true decent leadership. Yes, we have to make people account for their actions...kind of hard when n fighting is so hodge podge all it does... is kill ...esp. innocent children. The world of today is nothing like it was of the world of yester year...you simply can't compare them together in all reality.

It much bothers me that thnks to jumping into "war" to teach so called terrorists..we have surpassed their mortality rates. It wasn' that way in the world wars...except of bombing Japan perhaps. Mankind has always been fighting but does the cause warrant the justice. I am well aware of other countries brainwashing their people to thinking we are terrible people...esp in the middle east...where asI said for thousands of years they have done this continually....there are over there some of them that truly want "armegeddon" to happen, they will fight at an moments thought to see "heaven" and it is not just the Muslims...it is many of them...I have talked to the people over there at street level on the internet...they tell me that again it is their leaders that do crazy things...not always the common folks. Somebody recently said...take "God" out of the issue and see what excuse they have to kill...because God's commandment was very simply...Thou shalt not kill.  I ralize that's an hard thing to so if you or your country seems threatened....but why are these people battling so badly over there all the time. How come they aren't making their lives better instead of worse? So much time is allotted us daily...you can't be killing an making the progress they say they so badly need over there. WE are going down under in debt trying to help and I've heard it say many times one country is just as financedand backed by us as is another country. But then again they  have the Russians over there also these days...they said sometime back there was one Russian soldier for every four people in Turkey.  The paper says today that Obama wants an limited strike to take out the Chemical warfare facilities and the Russian Helicopters that help to deliver it and spread in the attacks...in hopes they will stop killing innocent children...but he's afraid it again will kill more innocent people in trying to get rid of them So what do people do to solve something...put down their weapons on their own. We are mature enough, responsible enough and educated enough these days to understand that statement. But if we don't practice it...if we don't do it.... on all opposing sides...we will someday wake up to someone that pushes the wrong button. and simply annilates both sides at one time....after that it will be an world wide global "free for all" in whom sends what to kill whom. These issues are better taken to an table to resolve then with warfare...but the decisions of the majority have to be respected and honest truth prevail. Dictators are not that way. But we can help to education or put them in an area where they are to themselves better. So they can do as they wish and the people follow whom they want and no one dies in the effort. To do that it takes intelligent people discussing the options...it takes people that don't listen to fear-mongers or war mongers and those whose prime adjective is self enhancement.... most the time monetarily. It takes leadership that truly has the welfare of the people at hand.  That will always be the first and only true answer to solving the issues of today's world.

An rather rough message.above..but Good day everyone....we had some more blessed rain last night. I smell autumn in the air today and the weather reflects that also...the sunny days and cooler weather with more occasional rain...but not coninueal rain...I love the seasons..each in their own way.  By Monday they say this first year's snow at Mt. Hood will fall at the 7,000 foot level. for this winter. So that means the leaves will be turning next. By the time the rains come more steady...I will not be looking at an gray world...but vibrant trees in autumn colors out my window...giving way to family Holidays and eventually the Christmas Season and all its festivities. I go for now though an see what can be done for the day. Have an good day everyone..this Eagle is taking flight.

Shirley a tough message, but a real one!

We really do need to be thinking about what we are doing, not just us, but the 'radicals' also. That said, I guess we will never get them thinking 'our way' so we are back to sqaure one. Will it ever be anydifferent I wonder?

Hi to all POEsters in this sad world.
