Good morning...been out and about with the animals and grocery shopping and what not else. I'm tryin gout an new receipe today, I think I gace it to you or someone here an coupel of weeks ago.

Kids arrived and got themselves into an motel for overnight in Spokane Valley last night...my son was taking them to go swimming last we heard. But things sounded calmer then when they took off yesterday.

I go for now...I don' t mind not having the heat with the high humidity today..

Alaska just had a 7.0 quake earlier...and was wondering which one was going to pop first between Alaska or just across the line in Mexico near the geyser area. For some time they have been having small precursor quaking going on. I stayed up last night and listened to Linda Mounton Howe on "coast" the nuke plant in Japan is really having problems...it's reading in the water around 2,500 times higher then is safe for humans..it's getting into their food supply. I'ts not just the fish, it's now in their rice, soy products..milk,...and land animals. they said that it has an life of in the danger zone for the next 19 years and 300 years before its somewhat "normal"...our west coast will be getting into this debris and radiation by early 2014. What it does over here they have yet to find out...and an solution for it.

There are also "cattle mutilations" again taking place as recently as Aug. 1...cattle are all the same....just the pregnant ones, with the fetus removed, the internal organs, and the brain, and the tongues, eyes and they said it was no mistake to say then were dropped out of the air...and no mistake UFO's were seen in the area and doing it. She has her own web site..http://www..earthfiles.com.
