Ron, I am concerned about your health os into the net I go and found this one for you....Exercises for the 60 an over...

This is an great exercise..those under 60 can keep in mind until they turn that magic 60 number.....

Begin by standing on an comfortable surface, where you have plenty of room on each side. With an 5lb potato bag, in each hand extend your arms straight out to each side from your side. Hold them there as long as you can. Try to reach a full minute, and then relax. Each day you can hold this position a bit longer.

After an couple of weeks, move up to 10 pound bags, then try 50 pound bags and eventually 100 pound bags in each hand, and hold your arms out for more then a full minute. (I'm currently at that level)

After  you feel confident at that level, put a potato in each bag.

Peggy I think your area was forecast for the hotest weather this week, it's very warm here but we have a slight breeze so it isn't to hot. 

Afternoon James, no I'm not de-frosting fish today, I'm trying to ignore it wishing it would go away. We've given loads away but the pile doesn't seem to be getting any smaller. Thankfully when he went last week there was only Mackerel caught. That's fine because I'm getting quite a dab hand at making the pate, although I've invented the recipe it's turned out really nice 

I wish Peggy lived nearer, she would be welcome to some fish

Not many of us want to go to war with Syria..way our President is acting makes us wonder if he got an GWBush brain washing or something...Bush would probably like to see Obama follow suit in the failure to an war perhaps....that way he can make like an buddy to the effort to Obama. We all agree, what happened over there was "wrong"... but that's war and... they love to engage in it. Just trying to find out the "truth" of everything is an chore..it is such an political "hot bed" these days..At any rate, I think now there's two well known astrologer's that say this Mars thing makes it well known that people are looking forward to days coming up of feeling "aggressive"and nasty.
