We just got back..got to go an get an picture off my cell phone and have it blown up for Lorraine before I can get her the stuff I picked up...it's an heart of most of his sister's life...but also got the sister in-law, one of her bowling pins they were giving away....and where to get the video they did for rememberance, which has pictures of all her brothers and sisters and Lou and Lorraine making what looks like dinner rolls for an Holiday feast,....those brochures they hand you at the door, and page of her and her hubby...with some rememberances on it. .Her kids, grandkids, hubby and I sat up last night working on making this heart for her funeral services last night in her granddaughter's new house. We will see how things go.I came home ot another funeral..seems an shoot out yesterday killed an police officer and tonight was an police escort to the mortuary by the police force...an officer with two kids and an pregnanat wife I guess. Things were...well like funerals generally are...sad times to get together..it was done tastefully with an lot of old friends there. She will be buried with/near her eldest daughter whom passed away some years ago due to an brain anuism..same cemetery..not to far away from where they live.. Not much more I can say for now. EXCEPT...no snow...only at the very highest elevations...none on the road..it was sunny the entire time there until we got back to the Columbia Gorge...and we ran into fog/clouds/drizzle rain and cold into to town here...but still...no snow. What an crazy weather forecast they gave us all. Talk later...Dancing with the stars comes on tonight. |

Not to many of them give out free instruction classes these days. Just finsished getting some white paint so we can begin the last of the Christmas ornanamets tomarrow. Hubby went ahead and took today off apparently. I think he needed it perhaps.I am in the process of "miniumlizing" my house décor this morning..or at least one wall. Still cloudy and cold, wet outside. I also have to find me an new scarfe for the swede coat of mine...hard to do with today's rendition of what an scarfe is and what it does. But it gives me something to look for in the stores I guess.."Window shopping" inside the craft malls are relaxing to me this season. I was looking at little tiny white feather flower "Hedgehogs" this morning. they were really cute. I guess I get going for now. Have an good day. |
