Well, I always said don't make an difference how dizzy you are, as long as you keep one foot firmly planted on the ground for anchoring yourself...it will all go away with time...but that was many years ago....Sleep away.

I woke up to rain, don't think I'll do my daily mile today unless it's at thehealth club maybe later on. Brother was this side of Boise, Idaho last night, figured he get in town about 1 am. I think we lost half our leaves last night..could use the city out here sucking up leaves on the street. I raked up an pile of them Friday about four feet high and half an car length. I got an chance to see Steve's little son last night, now an year old, he's still an tiny little guy. But walking all over the place and hanging on to everything as he goes also..I asked him ifhe got the chance to come an "Trick or Treat" us this year..My front porch is in purple blinking bats and has an background around the raling in orange lights. I'll have an huge lighted pumpkin out therethat night also. Suppose to be raining then also, and not expecting very many trick or treaters because we don' thave to many little kids on the block like we use to have. My son bought his one son an new bike and his second son his Sky Landers with some figurines.  We also got sissy her Boston Red Soxes posters...though they lost last night's game and are now hanging to win. Thinking about buying me some Sherpa boots on sale today with lamb's lining in them. I don't have these kind of boots, as I usually don't like th idea they can get wet so easily with suede for the outside lining...but they look easy to put on and get off with an side zipper. Not that I don't go most places in an car anyway. Put the electric blanket on the my bed last night. Suppose to be colder this week. Eggnog came out in the stores, I always think of Sue's Eggnog receipe, it's got so much liquor in it, why the eggnog doesn't sizzle and curddle on the spot is beyond me, maybe it does and no one notices it?...winks*  Haven't heard as yet about the funeral arrangements for the sister in-law..still waiting on that one also. At least the Spaghetti is made for dinner today, and I can microwave the French Bread for dinner. Wind blowing outside, think I'll ask for an small fire in the fireplace also. Last time, when the wood would crackle and pop my little miss kitty was running all over the room thinking it was popping off to get her I guess..she finally settled down in my lap when I covered her up with the blanket and enjoyed the fire an bit better...she's just an young thing you know..still learning new experiences. I best get going for  now.

Everyone have an good day...it certainly looks like autumn today!

I'm back...round two..things kind of falling apart today...hubby wanted to work on the micro-wave over the stove but it's not working out for him today...and I can't help him trying to get ready for an possible funeral at an moment's notice...and "Holloween" in an couple of days time...but things will work out given time I'm sure. I got the boots, but different ones at an better price. It's probably been 15 years since my last pair. Got some things in these I didn't in the other ones, still have them also. Like rubber soles, so not as slippery and better arch support. Not suede though...I ended up with the leather again...black. I came home so hungry and yet have been eating all weekend long..little bites.. and those lab tests are coming up fast now. Should I throw myself on the floor in penance for the need of will power and better planning?...maybe. I go for now and hope tomarrow is an better day for the diet.

Glad to hear that, Ron.

Hopefully Isaac's tree down by the lake, is still standing.  The boys tree blew over several years ago
