Cheers Rusty I've had a card up my sleeve since the last 1 I did so here goes:

I was built in 1863 and was the world's first and I also have 1 of Europes largest around me

 

I'll bob back on early this afternoon to see if anyones had a crack at it but wont be on long due to the circumstances

Hmmm kind of Rusty, there is a link

I was used by a Lord who had strong arms and I did at 1 point have an observatory

I was wondering about Port Sunlight on the Wirral, but I think that's later, and I don't think it had an observatory.
