It most certainly is in Wallsend(funnily enough) the most easternly part of Hadrians Wall

Segedunum=strong fort

Thanks Andy, we have in mind one day to do the Hadrians Wall walk. We've done sections but I'd really like to do end to end.

The site on which I stand used to be a garden which was built with the intention of rearing Silkworms.

Unfortunately John, the wrong bushes were planted in the garden so the Silkworm industry never took off.
