Well I know you are correct with the Vatican because I've been there, and San Marino is the only other one I could think of I watch the Grand Prix from there Smile

Not that easy John, I know Wembley Stadium opened in 1923, but that's not built, and I wouldn't say it was 1000 feet above sea level.

The other one I was thinking of which we saw in Scotland, was the Commando Monument, that's probably the right height above sea level (or maybe too high even) but I just checked and the date is all wrong.
