Good evening Pat, we've fallen into the 'going early' trap too, ours is normally with motorways Frown

Thank you for that Ruth. Don't let it spoil your stay though.

Be careful over there this next couple of days, the recent hurricane that went through Mexcio...emergd to be one huge storm headed northward along the Atlantic... toward your way...might stay to Spain, but I doubt it....In the meantime, I came home to an curbside of creek water again coming down the side of the street...leaves had clogged up the drains so it was near the top of the curb and flowing fast, I stayed out there raking leaves until the four closest drains were again cleaned...I've done this every year you know for some 36 years. Neighbor beside me use to call the fire deptartment...you have no idea what they thought of that one, just cause he's was to lazy to do it himself. It don't take very long, but I get massively wet in the expereince. My coats still hanging in the bathtub off the shower bar.I came in made myself some hot coffee...dried my hair with an towel..and sit down and called my sister..I went to my sister in-law's after that and she had her electric fireplace on. Dropped them off thier food I give them every year for Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year's. Big Turkey and Ham, and the rest of the meal also. I even tossed in three packages of chunky soft chew Chocolate chip cookies for my brother...his favorite. I'm getting ready to go to my sister's tomarrow with her food and Christmas decorations...that's her present this year. She asked me what I wanted...I said...take me out to breakfast or lunch or dinner sometime before the Holidays end...I'm getting wore out already. Last night all the year's of buying Christmas themed wall picutres went into the grandson's room. I got some ornaments for the artifical tree I decorated with blue lights that are so wildly decorated...they make you think your out of this galaxy. Little tiny blue velvet pillow I found for their room..."Have yourself and Merry little Christmas" sits nicely on top of the bedside table.

I'm looking at an huge full moon out the window tonight...hear anyone howling?..hope not.... I go for now I guess...long day. ..trying to get an lot of all this preparation work out of the way now. I found some Christmas cards at the thrift shop today...border theme of Christmas and.....you insert an standard picture in it. Might give that to my grandaughter and tell her to send me an card filled with an picture of them all.
