Good Day "58"

been called many things in my life but not often 'a great help'.  I have Windows 7 here on both machines and aslo use at work which is a bonus I suppose

It's a bonus to me, I'm like a fish out of water with Windows, one thing I've found out though this evening, I could never go back to it.

 I always use a wireless mouse with my laptop, unless it's just a quick flying visit

I don't think there'll be a wireless mouse here Dave, would be a help though because the one on the laptop is terrible. It's taking twice as long to do anything. Ah well.

Do they have a usb plugin mouse on the PC??? that should work

Dave, I don't want to appear rude to our very good friends who let us stay here, but lets just say that this house is not the tidiest of places, in fact I don't think I've ever been anywhere like this, the room that the desktop is in I've shut the door because I can't look at it. There's no way I could search through everything in there to try and uncover the computer let alone the mouse.

It is Dave, and I'm a bit OCD with tidy, so you can imagine what I was doing for the first couple of days after they left. They love us staying because they know what the house will look like when they get back 

keep you busy while David is catching your tea!!!
