I've had to buy a new pair of trainers this afternoon, during one downpour I discovered my right foot was very wet, on further inspection I had a hole |

Before they went I was asked to look at the computer, I was told it was "in a bit of a mess" great. I've switched it on, it's a HP laptop running what I assume is Windows 7, it's not XP because that's on her desktop and I recognise that, and it doesn't appear to be Vista. The mess is that she has duplicated every photo on there around 20 times, plus there at least 5 tool bars at the top of her web browser belonging to various places, they are filling up most of the screen. I know only the very basics about the Windows operating system, so my questions are :- 1. How do I get rid of all the toolbars apart from the top one ? 2. Is there a quick way to get rid of the duplicate photos so I just have one copy of each left ? I'd guess there around 200 photos each with 20 copies Thanks in anticipation, or it might end up being a long job. |
