Good morning everyone, a lot better day than yesterday, we have sun again, although it's mixed in with the odd blustery shower Smile

Evening Pat, same here, more sun than showers but when they came they were certainly heavy. I've had to buy a new pair of trainers this afternoon, during one downpour I discovered my right foot was very wet, on further inspection I had a hole Frown

Help please Smile

As you know we are in Cornwall as ours friends are away. Before they went I was asked to look at the computer, I was told it was "in a bit of a mess" great. I've switched it on, it's a HP laptop running what I assume is Windows 7, it's not XP because that's on her desktop and I recognise that, and it doesn't appear to be Vista. The mess is that she has duplicated every photo on there around 20 times, plus there at least 5 tool bars at the top of her web browser belonging to various places, they are filling up most of the screen.

I know only the very basics about the Windows operating system, so my questions are :-

1. How do I get rid of all the toolbars apart from the top one ?

2. Is there a quick way to get rid of the duplicate photos so I just have one copy of each left ? I'd guess there around 200 photos each with 20 copies

Thanks in anticipation, or it might end up being a long job.
