Oh yes Ron, one time the parent landed on my back patio before we built it in..Ihad put out bird food in the winter and there were all kinds of birds out there...then in comes this eagle....with an full wing span of I'd say easily six feet in length...liked to scare the jeebies out of me then, it's grown up and sometimes, it flies over with an shadow o f an small airplane size. On elooking over my cat the other day wasan small eaglet...probably this year's crop...they seldom have at most two eggs at a time...mate for life.

WE are back from teh trip to Ka-neeta Resort...it's on line if you want particulars on it and see an picture of the tipi's...we rented one. They are huge inside.  Easily bigger then my current livingroom. WE had an bit of rain drops and wind and I was out there closing the smoke flaps, but couldn' tget the inside one to close as well as I wanted it to, so at one time we had an few sprinkles getting it, but dried up fairly soon. They have an mystical charm at night....with all the lights in the park and around the olympic sized pool we were next door to in

the grassy area around it, they gave enough light to make the tipi canvas and

parchment paper look to it...it was tall...I'd say 25 feet tall....and whom ever made the canvas put it together binding it in an brown stitching in an swirl upwards to and band of brown with the phases of the moon in one months time,  they were in an canvas inside and brown band and then brown the rest of the way up to the hole in the top...where the poles came down and around the inside and and an rain liner was tied on the poles so now water could get inot the tipit or varmits once the door was strung shut on the botton tightly...up the sides...we had two painted wolves on the outside of the each doorway. You could fainted see them through the canvas also...and stars through the holein the top until is started dry lightening that night...I did my counting....and the main storm making an low thunder was 10 to 15 miles away...we had no rain of heavy amounts, though I heard when it falls heavy it makes the canvas sounding like it's an drum being hit. Everything in our tipi had an soft mystical look to it with a light warm glow. I had an chair by the door, then the oldest grandson and next came mygrandaughter, with her behind colby an bit...and then the youngest grandson in front of her about an quarter away...so if any of them oved it woke the other one up...I tucked them all in with theri own flashlights and we had an log burning itself down in the fire pit.  They were using our only lantern to play cards, so Iwent to the restroom complex...with an laundary off it...and lit to the hilt and took my chari and read my book with the kids and hubby coming an going to keep check on me, bu tyou know what...the kids thought what I was doing was pretty keen so the gathered up to play cards on the cement not to far from me. So I kind o flike had some company there also. Hubby gave hsi cot to my grandaughter...and he took the spare air mattresses...I had my "new" oversized" cot...he was by the door and I was behind him....and we had behind the center firepit...and huge oversized picnic table and benches....we had them one, brroom, an done waste basket, and two blocks of wood....on an cement floor...slightly raised up from the park like setting outside of us.  I was able to do something I wanted...that was to get an piece of Ibndiab FryBread to eat, one o f them takes up the whole paper platte and you drizzle honey on it.  Kids went swimming, there was an waterfall spa, and an huge hot tub, and the Olympic Swimming Pool with huge water slides. We went to the Casino Resturant for dinner....and we had an ton of snacks with us and more to buy if we wanted to at an snack shop near by.

We picked up things in the morning and they went back to swimming until noon, and we traded off an on with our Ipads in playing cards also...after we left the resort, we went into town and ate an huge breakfast at the Balck Bear Diner, an new restrurant going over popular in these parts up from Northern Califronia,an chain of 68 nation wide now...got gassed up and headed home . Today we been cleaning up around the yard of things we wanted to toss out..get ready for this fall. Washing camping stuff also....putting things away.   The "Blue Angels" are over at Hillsboro July 17-19th..with fireworks. So far here...no rain...cloudy but no rain. Not an drop. Much much cooler though. I got my hosptial AIC tests..really bad I might add. I'll be seeing him next week. Still in ther resting mood for right now..so talk later on.

If you had to guess at what the problem is Shirley what would be your response?

Is it just within the USA, another unknown influence, or what

Well, Ron...he took me off google chrome...he said if it's an international hacker or problem, it's mostly likely the path they take.....after that he says that the main server's are an "frree for all" for anyone and there's little way to contact the company if your computer is down......by that I mean google primarily and Yahoo on the mail.......After that he says  its the tiniy bopper kids...get them their own tablet to play games on.. they are easier to fix and repair then are computers. He also stopped the ads and pop ups coming through also...he's left them for my tabletalso. So I can talk in web sites I'm now or have been registered to talk in. and do my research work on my computer...the kids bought me an tablet for playing games on my birthday...do tid-bitty stuff on...read kindle..listen to music and watch video's...that sort of stuff.  He says any more problems could be coming through my hubby computer if we share the same server...it woulnd't hurt to check it out. I can get windows 10 from this computer...he asked me not to do it until it's been out at least six months to give them time to iron out the bugs in it. Hope that answers your questions.

We had an little rain this monring and are due the same tomarrow. Neighbors came back from the coast and the other ones left in thier huge big fancy motor home, equipped with an generator on back and patio door window....I'd guess about 40 feet long...it looks nearly two story also. Some more taking off in an week or so also. Plus someone caught an airport express shuttle out of the area this morning, got picked up from their house apparently so they wouldn't have to pay parking fees.We are an busy little group in this area and everyone watches each others house and helps watering and mowing the lawn if need be also .Another week of under 90 coming up but I see the wind started up just an bit ago..it still dries things out. Dr. appointment tomarrow also. So talk later on.

I made it to the doctor this monring....he wants me to take an bone density test, and laughed at a good lot I'd put in my journal this last month...told him it's been an "weird" month.  He also wants me to bring my blood glucose tester also....see him again in one month. I'm waiting for my cell to charge so I can make the appt with imaging/screening.  Soooo...now for the 6th time since January I can try going on the diet again. Can't walk as much as with the hot weather...my ankles swell slightly also. I need to go an feed my"putty" cats lunch...so will return later on.

WEll, it's got everyone talking tonight around these parts.....

www.newyorker.com/magazine/2015/07/20/the-really-big -one

excelleant artical though.....it addresses whats' wrong in our society to help ourselves also.. bushes for lanscaping   widespread gardens through out the year by everyone...small rubber rafts for water evacuation....hospitals rebuild up on the high hills...an north west hugging coastal range highway...at least 500 feet high and at least 3 miles inland from the beach....high schools built near grade schools to help the younger ones evacuate easier....and town "in hill" rescue areas with helicopter pads on top the hills for out of area evacuation...and wrist bands for identifacation like the hospitals use ..that can't be taken off once applied. As for the aftermath...porta potties.  Housing in trees. Blankets and comfortors...and what we do we most in foregin countries in disaster is permanent mattresees and wheel barrels to roll them about.  These things must be so cheap and so well built that the average person can handle them easily on thier paychecks.......In all I don' t think they know what to expect really. This is just the more realistic scenario of what I've read over the last 50 some years.

Sure does have everyone talking on the news tonight...people also.
