Good momring James...listened to Art Bells new show last night..kxl 101.1 in Portland, he had Graham Hancock on it from London, an person I could sit and talk to on many things. New book coming out in Sept. I can' post in earthboppin.net for some reason these days. Whom screwed that one up s an controller no doubt.

I started my diet yesterday...weather cooled off...I lost the 3.5 pounds of water retention by this morning. But have much more left to go before the Aug. 11thDoctor apointment.

Just about done reading my Cussler book also, starting to build to the ending climax in it also. Between going to the bathroom and walking and taking my meds..it'sgetting to be an busy day...but sure do enjoy lower more moderate temperatures to walk my couple miles in everyday.

How was your most recent trip???

Talk about an "shock"...I was having problems with my glucose tester today, so they gave me an free 800 number to call the company up....I kept losing the people I'd been talking to....by the third time came around, I got an fella....and he asked my name....and I told him, and he said...Oh yes, you live on such an such street and it was the street that this gal that has been posing as me for many years lives on in Pleasant Home area...we both have the same name...well, I've been having the health insurance involved here lately on an $2,700 hospital cost that I never made. So now I'm wondering if it was her.  Three times in the past we have been threatended to be sued by collection agencies.. to find out she was behind the fraud. I would of never known that she may possibly be behind this, if he had not of said when he said...I have your name...you live on such and such street....So there's the person I suspected may of had the same health insurance that I have...this Lawson famikly is from Sandy, Oregon originally. But they moved north of an rural country road out in this area some time back after my kid's married.  Something is still wrong though, I'm not so sure I don' t need another meter. So far this week...my reading which should be between 80 to 120...but up to 140 is acceptable...has read 188, 167, 158, then I ate 300 calories more so it was 207...and after talking to the company and doing an blood test with them, it was 108.....this morning it was saying 240....and then error 2 keep showing upon my meter. I am disappointed with the diet this time around though...first day I lost 3.8 pounds, second day..one more pound...this morning I had gained back 2 pounds from 300 more calories...don' tmake sense...because to add to that I've walked this week..15 1/2 miles more then I did all of last week...and for the most part only one day did I go over 900 calories. So I was out talking to my daughter in-law tonight with some pointers to go over with the docotor on.   I should be losing on the average...2 pounds an day. Next week is scout summer camp...my grand-daughter is coming in to stay with me for part of the week. For now I go,..but it's been hard to post here and with all the walking.... I'm having problems doing it...esp when I lose my first post message...I don' thave the time to go back and write messages an second time, or third time. Hope you understand.
