Ruth, thanks, another set of brilliant, interesting pictures, but, now when I go out I think East Anglia is very much of the same everywhere and I feel my pictures of the countryside are so mundane in comparison and I pass by things and places which I would previously have taken a photo of because I always think of your beautifull diverse scenery, the same goes for Wolf's of Australia. but, I will keep looking for something of interest as I do love taking pictures, well done Ruth and thanks for your comment on Runham Church.

Peggy---I've been through your pictures before, and you have some lovely ones of your region; in fact, some of the loveliest photos of England I've ever seen have been taken there. Look forwards to seeing more of yours.

Ruth--Thanks for your photos of Arizona. Loved looking at them too.

Wolf and Ruth, I have just looked at both of your photos. Well I think you are both showoffs. I live in a dolls house with no front garden and the back garden is only 22 ft long by 12 ft wide. Still, maybe its for the best, I cant do any gardening anyway. He he he.

Great photos from both of you.

Oh, no, Peggy, absolutely not.  Your photos are wonderful, as is your region of England.  If I didn't have to go to work, I could sit here and look at POE all day.  And I always check out the new pics first, and have yet to not have a day that my breath wasn't taken away by something.  I think we all just like to see something different from where we are.

And Peter, Apache Lake isn't my back garden, LOL.  But we do have a lot open space.  The whole state is only maybe 100 or 200 thousand square miles smaller than the island of Great Britain, but about a quarter of that is public land.

I have posted on a thread using photobucket and the POE heads have been fine with it. I must find out the picture of my small town. It will kill you! A blob of houses sat in the middle of a vast desert.

You should see the place where I live.  If you blink as you go through, you miss it, which isn't such a bad thing now I come to think about it!  Four streets, about 130 houses, no post office, church or shops, and a community ventre that was only wanted so there would be a bar in the village!

If I put pics of Binchester, Bishop Auckland on the site, youwouldn'tlike it much, but then neither would I.  I always describe myself as being from Spennymoor because that's where I was born (somewhere about the time the universe was created) and that's where my life still is.

Ah, but Alan, I bet you don't have to travel 160 miles to your nearest big city.
