What I loved about the sculpture park is that I love art but hate stuffy galleries! This place was outside, there were 300 sculptures - some weird, some beautiful, some ugly, some thought provoking, all this in an amazing setting of autumn woodland with a fast stream running through and a lake. I thought the face on this one and the ones with him were fabulous. It did mke me wonder though if the artist was great at doing faces and not bodies!!!! When I get chance I will put on the one with the family walking past in the distance so you can see the height of this! Ruth, thanks for picking the Quay sunset. The great thing is that is exactly how it was, no filters needed, no changes. I was so lucky to be there and get the chance to see it. |
