I am one of those luckier ones Jo, I live in a rural area and I wouldn't live in a town or city for all the tea in China, although they do have their advantages! Public transport for one, it hardly exists here so we have no alternative but to drive.

Danielle, welcome to the site and forum. I cant say that the uk hasnt changed, it has. Mostly in the big cities. The country areas that I have been to, seem to be changeless. I believe that even that will change, but for now, the country and its villages are still old England.
