Wolf Posts: 3423 Joined: 9th Jul 2008 Location: Australia | Posted at 05:55 on 30th July 2008 I come here to escape the stress of modern life, and to take a stroll down memory lane. I am happy with my life but confess that I live part of it in my dreams. This is the third year my (our ) house has been for sale, and you don't know how much I long to go back to the country. Not England, but the country over here. |

I take it the housing market is bad there too, eh? I miss the country too. When I lived in Pennsylvania, we lived out in the country for a number of years. A lot of the scenery in POE reminds me of it. But living in AZ, I'd rather be in the city. The scenery here is breathtaking too, but not necessarily someplace you'd want to livem in my opinion. And as cities go, Phoenix isn't too bad. |

I'm an atheist, but the notion of God fascinates me - which is why this thread drew my attention straight away. It's good to see people on both sides of the Faith / Belief fence discussing this subject without beating each other to death. Sadly, that's often the outcome of such differences - both on the Net and in real life.

Everyone I've ever met has turned out to be nuts, once that surface skin has been peeled away. Seems to me humanity is a pretty nutty species. But that's OK. I like nuts. |
