Thanks, Poe!

 Much appreciated.

I'm never sure if 'Poe' is male or female! Do you both drop messages into this place?

John, Loreena McKennitt also puts music to poetry and the songs are lovely.

Thanks for those links, Diana.

Never heard of her before - but she's excellent!

She's an odd mix of Kate Bush and Helen Mirren!

I shall listen to more of her stuff.

Thanks again.

Well, I just listened to Loreena McKennitt whilst (lol) I was ironing my clothes and now I'm off to the office.  Thanks, Diana!  Really lovely!

John, I love the Martin Simpson video.  I think you and I may have found a bit of common ground on that song, John, albeit through different interpetations of the song.  It sounds as much like an atheist to me as a lot I've read in the Psalms.  And it's actually packed with theology that I tend to agree with.  Thanks for sharing it.  I had never heard of Martin Simpson - he's excellent!

Glad you enjoyed Loreena McKennitt's music John and Ruth. She is a favorite artist of mine from way back.

Have you heard of Sandy Denny?

I think you'd really like her stuff.

I think that may have been Sandy Posey, Alan.

Sandy Denny was with Fairport Convention. She died far too young.

Stirred a few memories from my dim and distant past.

The internet is amazing!

Sorry John.  My mistake. There again, I never said I was clever - or that I had a memory!
