LOL again at you Alan!!! Laughing

I gave Sandy Denny a listen and though she was clearly very talented she is a bit to folk for my taste.

Oh dear.

Then you'll never get into Heaven, Diana.

I know for a fact that St Peter is a HUGE Sandy Denny fan.

Never mind. You can join me in the warm place down below.

We can share hot buttered crumpets and play with Satan's imps!

LOL @ John!  Wink  I hate to tell you, but you can only get butter in heaven.

I always liked the famous Joyce Kilmer poem Trees:

 I think that I shall never see
A poem lovely as a tree.

A tree whose hungry mouth is prest
Against the earth’s sweet flowing breast;

A tree that looks at God all day,
And lifts her leafy arms to pray;

A tree that may in Summer wear
A nest of robins in her hair;

Upon whose bosom snow has lain,
Who intimately lives with rain.

Poems are made by fools like me,
But only God can make a tree.

I was reminded of that poem today when I saw this wonderful picture by Lyn B.

Prayer takes many forms and this one looks like a prayer to me.

Yes, amazing trees, John.  Thanks for the link.  The only one I've seen in person is the Lone Cypress.
