I for one, have noticed that you are a great young man! You have a lot of wisdom for someone your age. How much you cared for your grandmother, all those great quotes you posted to the Favorite Quotes thread, your volunteer work, your enthusiasm for learning - all these indicate that you're already head and shoulders above most people your age. Don't give up and don't stop caring. It's very normal for someone your age to feel like you're feeling right now. Even all us old folks feel that way from time to time. Don't sell yourself short. You have a lot going for you.

She has her music and anime to get her through and is determined to have a career that she loves. You are smart and a caring person. If you put your mind into your studies and the things you love to do you can get through anything. We are all here for you. POE is your family as well. Anytime you need to talk just ask, and we will keep you in our prayers. |

I hated being at school because I went to a very rough school and I was quite bright so alot of people called me a swat (don't know if you use that expression - basically a geek). I also had alot of problems with my knees and I struggled to walk up stairs, spent alot of time walking with sticks so they called me awful words I would not mention here. However I realise now that they were jealous of me and when I went to a school reunion none of them remembered being like that with me and they all wanted to be my friend now I have made a success of my life. You will be a success too - I can tell even through this forum that you are clever, kind and sensitive and I'm sure your family love you and are very proud. |
