thank you, i will try, I am knackered been doing extras in the office (meds etc) and that is definately draining, but money is a bit better so jumped at them shifts..

I have been there lol. I used to be the Home Leader at an establishment for challenging Behaviour and LD, also the Medication officer, we used to use MARS sheets, which made things easier. The job was totally demanding though!
