Hi Krissy, nice to see you

No James - no bed & breakfasts offered (at least not to anyone who was likely to accept, lol!)  Breakfast means kitchens - my least favourite room in the house!

I will be watching out for news from the "octopus", lol

Did the Octopus predict who will win the whole thing?

So did Spain deserve to win?

Personally, I was hoping the Dutch, umm err, Nederland, umm err The Netherlands, umm err Holland would win. Why is it that we have four shots at naming the runner up Ted?

If you come from Holland you are Dutch. If you use postage stamps they refer to Nederland (and maybe the Netherlands). Why is that, anybody know?

Tough.  I don't think he was going to take any nonsense.  On the other hand I also didn't find him altogether fair.  But I wasn't standing where he was and didn't see what he saw, so I suppose it is unfair to judge.

I think this has been disappointing for us (the host nation), Mostly I think it was well organised and worked well, but to have mediocre games means it will be remembered as the most boring World Cup.  Sad!

But hopefully those that did come to South Africa will remember the vibe, the beautiful country and the friendly people instead.  I hope so.

There are definite plans for them to be used, and they are hoping to put in a bid for the olympics too, so they will be needed should they be lucky.  I think now they have proved that it is possible for South Africa to organise an event of this scale they will try for more of the World events.
