Hi Guy's

I am still alive if only just about. I am still losing weight. I now am about 85 pounds. All I seem to do these days is play a few silly games on FB for a short while and then go back onto my oxygen. I have no staying power. Lol.

It has been no help having a gas leak and all the floors lifted in the dining room and living room.Followed by the plaster falling of my spare room wall and the brick work needing to be repared. Then I lost my internet for a few weeks. When all the work was done, the gas fire decided to spring a leak. Had to get a new fire as well.

Oh well. Must go onto my oxygen again, but I do pop in now and then to see if you are all still here.

Keep well my friends and I will pop in again.

Love you all. Xxx

Hi Peter. Nice to hear from you my friend, despite your troubles.

Sounds like you really have had a tough time, but I am sure the POE members will cheer you up a little won't they?

Anna and I wish you all the best in what is clearly a struggle for you, take care mate.

Hi Peter, it is so good to hear/see you on POE again, sorry to hear of all the trials and tribulations, but chin up I know many others here share my sentiment of wishing you all the very best.

As they say "keep taking the tablets(well gulps of oxygen)"

" Chons Da ha Oll an Gwella "

( a Cornish greeting-- I know you love it over the Tamar)

                                        Vince.

Wonderful to hear from your Peter, so sorry about your health issues and the limitations they have put on you!  What an awful saga of house problems you have had - I do hope they are all fixed now and things are back to normal around you!

Krissy it is great to see you too!  Hope all is going well over there!

Hi Guy's. Thanks for the welcome.

It never ends does it?  Last night someone crashed into my Motability car. It was parked outside  my house. The whole of the offside was smashed in. The wife had made arrangements to take me away for a few days next week. By the time I get a replacement car and pay the excess on the insurance, there will be no money to spend on the holiday.  Oh well, that is my luck these days. We didnt even see his number plate,he just drove off, so cant claim off his insurence. Still,we will try to have a good time anyway.

It seems like you are going through one of those phases - where it never rains but it pours!!  Love your optomistic outlook, despite it all!

Hi peter...you have been on my mind recently...must of picked up on that...I made 9 little pies the other day...and I remember your talking about how you loved those little pies. I'd like to try to make some on my own from scratch though...some beef ones. We had an TV show on that came from England..and I was carefully looking at the little pies the people were buying. they looked better then what we get here.... they did look yummy.

Well, nohting like getting the house done up the hard way...I'd like to finish mine and everything came to an stand still for lack of money. As for the vacation..should of had one...but it's only been an three day one that went sour for us an week or so ago...there's always another time...and hubby retires this year and will have all next summer off.  Do you have an ceiling fan to help you breathe at times when you don't need the oxygen?....I do here in my house. I find it's the air temperature that makes breathing hard sometimes. Cooler the air, the easier..but not so cool you would catch an cold. It's good to see you come back and let us know what your doing...and hope the best for you ..no other way to go...your deserving. Cathy is correct your an optomistic sounding person...you help us by showing us the way in example...of being top notch in attitude.

Krissy....come back here and let us know what your doing these days, how's your area doing in recovering from the Hurricane also? I heard that people in your state were asking for relief supplies from the aftermath...so they were sending in the Red Cross. ..
