Lol, Mick.

Yes, James, I'm fine.  I see Ron's still up approving pix.  I just loaded some for my hubby and they're already posted.  Thanks, Ron!

It was great seeing you all in real time.  Maybe when you change your clocks back I'll see you more often, because then there'll only be 7 hrs. time difference instead of 8.  Have a great evening and a lovely Sunday tomorrow.

Well, I'm flat down for day three with an bout of " gout"...other foot this time. I have until WEdnesday to try to get rid of it...my grandkids are out of the school for parent teacher conferences and she has full days working. So maybe if I can hobble over there...she might have someone to keep an eye on them. In the meantime her yongest fell asleep on her sofa and wet on it, it soaked through by the time they found him the next morning....she's out trying to find an new sofa. Sister gtot her car back, she's had that car for th elongest time and always "broke down"...this time it was $600 and before they left they replaces something else for another $24...she should of sued the car company and long time ago for selling an "lemon"....don't go to Gresham Dodge to buy an car people. The price is not worth it. AS most of us already know about this town. It's something you pass through on your way to somewhere else.

Raining and windy out there today..very autumn feel to it all. I'm watching some people from Bellfast, Ireland buying an house in Dimmit, Turkey as an vacation home...and an handicapped sister and her sister and child renting an apartment together. I think of Gonal...wonder where she lives in Turkey...if it's near by.  The other gals were having quite an time, if they found an house...there was stairs in it and she was whellchair bound....and in one apartment the bathroom doors were so close together she couldn't get into it. Some of the narrow kitchens she had problem with also. But they found her and helped her update it so she could enjoy it also. Baby's crib near it's mother in one bedroom and she had the other one. I've had people tell me here that they can't come to see me because they can't walk the stairs I have here...one reason I need my downstairs updated and fixed up again. then it's an matter of walkign around the side of the house. Also watched them selling houses at Getttysburg, Pa. that was interesting most of them were vintaher houses being repaired and brought up to modern. Small bathrooms...small closets. The very classic older home. No big poarch on the backs of them though...which would of added more charm to them. Esp the house with the narrow galley like kitchen to it. An docotor bought my mother's family homestead in Nebraska and rebuilt after moving into town. Added two more wings to it along the sides...one an laundry and great room and on the other side more bedrooms. then enclosed the back side with an huge porch also. I wonder if his one side is for all his medical books off their master bedroom also as an office space....Since it's an upstairs addition with these two wings, I would assume they have more rooms up there also...the main house had and upstairs anyway. If like most people they probably joined two of the old bedrooms into one for an sitting room or extra big bathroom maybe. It's an huge house now.

Well, I better take up my club foot from swelling up last night, and see if I can walk on it enough to make dinner. This time it swelled up on the bottom of it, which has my foot turned sideways to walk on it, but the stuffed up nose and cold symtpoms feel pretty much gone and it just might be possibly slowly leaving now. I have an list of things to do as it is..so the sooner the better....and an arsenel of drugs this time around to deal with it... starting with the Lasix last night. So I go for now and see what TV Dinners I might have out in the freezer..ha! So goes....talk later.

Hey Ron...you gonna start an new "thread" for Good Day...this one is getting long again...in comparison to the past. Wonder if Cathyml is making her "new" start...and be back in soon to tell what's she's been up to as of late. Maybe she got carried away with her artistry work?

Hi Shirley...re the new start?

It won't be long, I've got my eye on it as have the other moderators no doubt. The pages normally get a new start at 50.

Have a glass of Port and don't worry about the gout! lol
