Surrey.   I only get to Kernow for one week in a year (sadly) and next year we don't have anything arranged as we are going to new territory-- the Lake District.

Hi Cathy...Vince crudo's for your photography..post the picture sometime when you get the chance.

OK...son now has an double escort with him in pilot cars...and the daughter in-law sounds like without his help she's about to fall to sleep doing her homeowrk for the night...has to be up at 5 am. I had my grandson again today...gesh.. is he thin. I keep trying to feed him everytime I see him...I think of all the kids... he bought into his older cousin being an vegetarian....whom I use to stuff with turkey chili when I could because he was to thin also. They need meat when they are growing up...you know. I gave teh grandson some children's cold medicine and he slept all afternoon.

Ron...figgy pudiding..make an rich bread pudding receipe with real  whipping cream, about 1 cup of it and 1 1/2 cups of milk...and then dice up your figs fresh or dried (4 ozs,) into fourths and add to it the top and bake it as ususal...you might want to sprinkle sugar on top of it all before baking...it will give the top an crisp attractive look...and use French Bread. Bake as usual for an bread pudding and.serve warm with whip cream if desired also. Only one I could find in my older cookbooks..

Hubby's home team plays the last game in the world series tonight(baseball)...and they gave him tomarrow off. He's already informed me not to bother him tonight...he's downstairs....Go Cardinals go!.. I'll stay up-stairs thank you....where it might be safer.

Ok, one last question before I leave tonight...I here some time back walked past an tabaloid magazine that said Kate and William were going to have twins...she's preggie...is this true...or tabaloid gossip?.

So I go for tonight...you all have an good evening!

Congratulations, Vince. Very happy for you. Like James, I thought you were in Cornwall, too! Had us fooled.

First night here with freezing temperatures and I haven't brought in the garden things yet. Been busy with trips to see the grandchildren as well as working. I have another trip planned this coming Sunday to visit for the day. Could be a little snow in the mountains this time.

Hi and thanks Guys for comments.

Pic now waiting for Ron to do his stuff.

As for me being in Kernow  I have never made a secret about where I am ( you can tell by the pics I have put on the most ) but make no apology about my obsession with the land west of the Tamar. Just get there yourselves when you can-- next week if your name is James.
