Cathyml...ME?...over do the shopping...surely you jest! I probably over all buy less these days then most everyone....when I do buy it's often for others also..not myself.

We had two TV interuptions last night...during "Dancing with the Stars"....I knew that an big earthquake had happened somewhere...came in to check it out and there it was "chile..6.7 mag". The force of this frequency wave really bothered my "stent' area last night in my heart also. I was imbibing my back up therapies/medications. Then listend to Coast talking about Peru and Egyptian Pyramids. they were saying that the two biggest differences was that the Peru Pyramids were stones that interlocked....so if they had any earthquakes they would not move. Each stone tons in weight and you couldn't get an human hair strand between them they were so well put together.. Mentioned the programs I watched the other night on "Ancient Aleins" also. As they said this was no stone age group making these pyramids.

I think that they should make motels where you can buy your own air mattresses and then you won't get "tainted" by sleeping in an bed where  prostitutes....with secret service guys.... used it prior. They may of left behind diseases and powdery residue of the deadly kind...you know what I mean...scarey these days out there. Next they may have finger print scanning of their guests, like they do at airports....you just never know!  Over in reddit.com someone left an picture of what was posted at his office that day...."Will the person whom took my fingernail clippers please return them, as I have HIV"....doesn't make for to good of an day at the office.

I better get going for now. Have an glorious day where ever your at!

Hi to all POEsters...

Haven't seen anything on the news about the earthquake yet Shirley so a first yet again for POE members, albeit not the sort of news we really want, and as for the very thought of what we might pick up from the hotel accommodation the mind boggles!

You should be glad Ron, that an lot of news these days isn't affecting  England.  I did get to see the latest on the Olymoics coming up over there last night on the news...they have sold 9 Million tickets so far...maybe that was 900 million...oh well, it sounds like it's going well....should be buzzing with tourists here soon.

Dick Clark died yesterday..he was so famous as an "Rock and Roll" Icon, I'm fairly certain you have heard it by now.

UGSG has listed 7,354 earthquakes in the past 30 days, 293 meet criteria of less then 7 days and over 2.5 magnitude. Now you see why California is beefing up their "Disaster Preperations" here as of late...by an fund raiser of dining out in  restruarant "tickets". We also have four volcanoes smoking away...but Mexico's "POPO" is an concern as much for us as it is for Mexico...which has millions of people living at the base of it. They dont' know what it will do in the days ahead but its "smoking" pretty good right now..and not letting up so far. Just another day I guess you could say with Planet earth.

We have no choice but to keep our eyes on what's going on..I guessyou know...so we don't get to many surprises. All this earth movement stuff is driving us "sensitives" crazy also...as we try to cope with it.

Did you get to see "American Idol" last night?...it was kind of cute with "Holly"...she's from Brtiain you know....she said she liked Football... so they had an British Foodball Team on last night to wish her the best of Luck and support her efforts of singing. She's as pretty as they were handsome for the younger set.

I guess I better get going for now...always something to do you know. Have an good day everyone!

...to brighten Ron's day up an bit, and our all male Groouse Club in POE...some famous epigrams...quick an littlel terse verse....winks*

Little Strokes, Fell great Oaks...Benjamin Franklin

Here lies my wife, let her lie!...Now she's at rest, and so am I.

To be safe on the fourth...Don't buy an fifith on the third.

Ponce de Leon sought the fountain of youth...Looked near Miami...no tmuch of an Sleuth.

Vlad the Inpaler's cruel depravities....Created an host of body cavities.

Beware the Ides of March..t'was was warned or so goes the ancient ballad....But Ceasar heard it not..so they turned him into salad.

Rejecting an quick beheading, Joan of Arc, chose an hot stake, over an cold chop.

The 18th Amendment said "Cut out the drinking!"...The 21st said.."What the hell were we thinking?"

(I leave that with you for now)
