I think I send my psychic's for you and your problems Cathyml..maybe they can long sitance heal him an bit...some of them are pretty good. My sister an I were talking about this tonight...she hasn't been on her diabetes meds for some time and with the Gall Stone operation...they all of an sudden started giving her monthly shots and now more medications...not less. I told her to go and getan second opinion. Soem these doctors are out for the quick money when it comes to Govt. funded patients. I went to an docotr long time ago..for an physical exam...routine type...and they didn't tell me Ihad to fast for the testing...so I didn't in fact, I not only ate my daily cereal...I had an huge apple fritter that morning also...well, I told them that I hadn't fasted before they started the testing., they proceeded anyway..they messed up the blood test that day also...took them 45 mins for an simple blood test...anyway...my arm black and blue...I went home and sure enough couple days later they called me up to tell me I was diabetic...I knew I wasn't...it was the sweetened cereal that day with the apple fritter. I ignored them. When this lady went to release me that day...she said...well, so far we cant' see anything wrong but your weight and she insisted I take some "fat burner" pills...six months down the road..they tell me that is probably what cause the Gall Stone operation. They refused to let me see Dr. Joseph Parent that day, whom had been my son's doctor for several years....for his supposed ADHD medications. I thought he was very good...one reason I thought I'd have my physical there. But they gave me an mid-wife I think...along with an nurse...that I had never seen in his office before...but he had just moved as it was, so kind of overlooked it. I told my sister this tonight...if you don't think your diabetic enough to warrant the medications...get an second opinion. The medical society isnt' what it use to be despite the numerous new peices of equiptment they have these days sometimes...it still requires an very good doctor.... that knows his work...and what he's doing. Until you find that docotor...you'll be getting "treatments"...not an cure. My old time doctor...I miss him so much in ways...he use to help me so much...never hardly charged me much...he said...you know...I'm an multi-millionare at my age now...if I never got paid...I still love the work I do....and if an person needed my help...they'd have it. They made him retire in his mid-70's....looking like he was in his mid-50's...he was an vegetarian that knew what he was doing also. He sat on the board of the hospital where I went to and was at time one of the only few big hospitals in Portland when I was an kid. I wish I could make such an aquaintence these days.

James may be the chairman...but I have an feeling your liking the thought of being his "right side man" in ways..smiles*...Ron. If I could  drink..boy is tonight the night... I'd have an straight shot...I hurt all over from yardwork today, feel like I have pins in my ankles from all the standing today, planting and what not else...tried to set my house on fire tonight when something happened to the washing machine...I think an belt broke....ready to call it an night...and am wondering how "Dancing with the Stars" is going to do with Katherine tonight after last night...I felt so for her....i use to come home and here would  be my mother laying on the floor, her back had went out on her while we were at school and she had laid on the floor most of the day unable to move and get help.  My psychic freinds told me that she was under to much stress in her life...and needed what they called "grounded" They told me how to do this myself with crystals...one reason I mention them quite an bit. We took mother to the chyropractor and he would take like an pepper shaker kind of cylinder that he would turn one way and then the other...and as he turned it he went from her head down her spine. It would pull out vertually an blue bolt of  lightening out of her...and then he'd adjust her spine in areas and she could walk again. My pyschic's tell me that she was as I call it "Walking Calvary" with life's problems  and was literally "spiritually"  getting beat up by others...and everyone was contributing that to her life...my doctor says to simply drop anyone that gives me stress...same with the work also, don't do it for others ...it's not worth it. Cut back...cut down.  He says there's not an person out  there that can't  and won't keep going on in life without me..and I need to think of myself....because they aren't or I wouldn't be in his office right now with an heart problem. I had tears in my eyes last night watching Katerine buckling up...because it reminded me of the last thing my mother said to me when she was alive...those last few minutes...I'll be with "Aunt Kay"....meaning after she dies.I had tears in my eyes...I was the only one in the family that she didn't tell them what she wanted them to do in their lives...to me she said..Don't worry about me...I'll be with Great Aunt Katherine. So I trust in that, but the back problem last night sure reminded me of her prescence...as well as the pain she use to be in herself. You know...we are not the greatness of Jesus...as much as we try to follow him...we can only go to an certain extent before we too... die on an proverbial cross in our suffering, or get rid of it completely....but when he comes to us.. we should accept that... he comes in glory and abundance and in with love and healing. and its totally painless. He doesn't put us on an cross...others do. I go for tonight an rest somewhat from all the work I did today..seemed like very little for all the aches an pains tonight. I hope my yard looks beautiful for all I did today. The chairman of the Grouse Club has an gorgeous yard from the pictures he sent me last year or so ago.i put my angel out there today also, it's an special place for me now.......Talk later on

I kind of remember when you were picking on him about posting an picture of some kind in months back.  My yard last year was an pink and lavendar or purple one...this year its deep rich yellow, reddish orange, and  deep blue for the most part. Always white with any color to netrualize going from one color to the next. Aches an pains went away. Took an nice long soda soaking bath this morning and it felt good in the warmer water. Tonight it is "fasting" night for an 6 am trip into Portland for an annual test for the hubby at 6 am...I get to go and be the driver for this one on the way back.....provided I'm awake.  So will probably spend today resting more so...for my early morning jaunt tomarrow. I'll take some padded eye lid openers justin case though.

I got my balcony bed all done up..laid in it for an bit the other day to cool off and relax and now they say it's going to rain in two days...so I took everything but the futon framing down...easy up..easy take down. Ineeded the kabbobs for grilling  out there anyway...so I guess I can go at this better later on maybe. go get my kaboobs ready and freeze them maybe for later on useage.

I'm contemplating an sandwhich right now...as I feel bad about knowing my hubby can't eat anything with fiber in it tonight and has to fast also after mid-night on...he bought himself an can of chicken broth for dinner...gator aide power drink to wash that down with. This  is Scoutcapades weekend also...so I have no idea when I'll get my washer fixed from last night. My grandson and him have to pack up for that and it's suppose to rain most the weekend. It's going to be south of Oregon City near Beavercreek somewhere....about 8 miles  he said up in the hills. I don't like outtings like that..so probably won't go. It's an "guy" thing anyway.

Well, off for today... to see what I can get into around the house here that needs doing..so talk later...have an good day!

Crazies are loose again I see...killing, maiming and destroying.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr's wife just found death at her home, they think an sucide right now...doing an autopsy...four kids, he had divorced her in the late 90's. An couple caught an 18 month old toddler out wandering around on her own in enough time to stop the traffic in an four lane road from running over her....now..where's mom?...and what was she doing? Just watched an 2 alarm fire take out an three story apartment complex in Aloha on the West side of Portland...big apartment complex too!  Gee, this is better then watching HGTV...where they gut out the whole house to start over  .I wonder how many people are displaced from it...I'd say maybe 6 apartments that were three bedrooms each..brand new place too!...most its all ashes now...black ashes. People killing themselves in car accidents also...so mangled up are the vehicles they look like they had aready went through an car incinerator.  We got three dead on that today also. Yep, the crazies are out right now...be safe everyone.  I am watching three kids pushing an little toddler down the street out front...most unusal in these parts to see that going on also without an parent at the helm. Oldest looked like she weas maybe 10 or 12 years old...kind of youngish to be away from her own area. Can't babysit if under 16 years of age you know...state law...without an guardian near by. We also have another rule here in my area...no more then two others visiting another kid's house. that means if you have three kids, no more then 6 people there at your house..maxium. We di d that because at one time we had 23 kids in an 7 or 8 house area...it was to much to have them all at one person's house to watch over and have to deal with.  It was an rule the parent's themselves got together an made up....agreed to on their own. Shall we hope the crazies soon pass us by once again? I'm not sure many of us can take much of this going on for very long.

Have an pleasant day yourself also Julie..sounds like you have to settle for an cool down shower maybe...or go to the local swimming pool maybe. Yes, it's getting summer. To windy out...it is usually not real windy here....the banshee wind from the north a blowning..it can leave now. Calm down an bit at any rate.

Evening all. Winter has come to this part of SA quite suddenly. 7 degrees (C) last night and the forecast is for it to go down to -1 by Saturday. Brr. I think its a good idea I am going somewhere warm in 10 days time. LOL.  People here who don't know England think its always cold and wet so they think I am crazy when I say I am going there to warm up.

I am getting used to not having my dear wife with me any more. Its not easy but I am coping. Tomorrow it will be a month since she went. Wow, time has passed quickly and soon I shall be in Blighty and enjoying myself- as long as I don't dwell on the fact that we should have both been there.

Have a good evening all.
