Ron's taking syd's shirt from his back for some reason....maybe it's got an dancing girl on it or something..who knows...shrugs" Cathyml, if MIke has to live with this pain..why don't you have his nerve endings dead ended....they do that through acupunture...it stops long term pain that incurable. Helps you to not have the side effects of constant pain killers also. I'm right up Ron's alley today..reading how the "Earl of Sandwhich" 250 years ago invented the "Sandwhich"...you see he use to gamble and didn't want to leave the betting table, so he'd order some meat between two pieces of bread. ..ala poof!...the first Sandwhich is invented. No doubt there was an cold beer there to drink with it...and that's the story Ron...the POE Grouse Club survives. If you can't read between the lines on the last posting of mine about the "tent"....I hear your having all kinds of rain over there you want stopped....I have never endured camping in an tent with lots of rain and really have no desire to...but putting up an "Shirley tent" might make some of your rain go out the door for an bit. I'm watching my neighbor out washing his air stream trailer this morning...must be getting ready for an vacation....and what happens when you wash tthe car...it rains. Ha! ...Tis that time of the year coming soon to all locations. If your rain doesn't stop for an bit...I remind you that China had the weather controllers stop any bad weather problems for their fireworks show when they hosted the Olympics.,,,it worked. No problem for them. Got my outside balacony bed finsished this morning...BBQ area cleaned up....so now I need to stock the cooler out there or clean the small frige and see if it still works and make up some kaboobs to grill late at night...though terriaki chicken strips are good also.... Icey tea...crusty buns.... and relax time it is! Twinkle twinkle little star....have an good evening. |

They had to tell thier backgrounds this time around. I sometimes wonder if we arent' all born to struggle like all get out.. to go places, to be so tired by the time you get to my age, that it just plainly don't matter any more. I see people all the time fighting great odds these days...to overcome thier problems...and it's very heart rendering to me...for those that "make it".... and those that can't in ways. I guess I had better get going...long day of filling out the list of odds and ends of things that need taken care...little things, but things that make the difference. Tomarrow night are the results of tonight's dancing... and on to the finals week. Talk later on. |

cathyml Posts: 23275 Joined: 25th Jan 2010 Location: South Africa | Posted at 19:23 on 15th May 2012 Shirley the last two procedures he endured (in December & January, were supposed to do exactly what you suggest! Haha! He now has problems with both legs which he didn't have before, plus he still has the back pain! Peggy he damaged his back in his early 20's, in his 40's the pain just became unbearable so they inserted a metal disc in his back - needless to say it didn't remove the pain - so for the last 20 odd years he has one procedure after another (each one leaving him worse off!) in his efforts to get some relief and off the painkillers. He lives in hope - I gave up hoping it would improve years ago!! Hi everyone - hope you are having a great day |
