My James...you keep my little mind busy don't you...I didn't know of this, have never heard about it before now...but there was an lot of shady goings on behind Lincoln's back....that I do know. Let me fill you in with something about our families all together concerning Lincoln. First of all his campaign manager for his election lived in Springfeild, Illinois..and later near my ancestor's family...some 30 miles away or so..President Ronald Reagan born not to far away...if  indeed....history repeats itself...the manuscript probably went to California....via the railroad issue.

Let me begin though with  backgorund information...Rev. James Keith of  Faquier Co., Va had an daughter named Eliza Ann...whom married an "Mr. Berry"...whom apparently died..I've never seen who he was by full name....but the Berry Family by name of Richard..married the sister of what would later be Lincon's mother in-law...Abe lincoln's grandmother.. Richard posted bond for Lincoln's marriage to Hanks and he is the one that owned the little Cabin Preseident Lincoln (thier son) grew up in. Kentucky historical Society has all the pertainent data concerning much of this on line now.. Nancy Hanks mother remarries and when she did she left her daughter to care for her sister in aling health in Richard Berry's household. I beleive Eliza Ann is my mother's legacy, via the Davis family...not the one these day's I am suppose to accept by other family members. Eliza Ann Keith/Berry marries the son of  the Reverand Samuel Davis..Joshua Davis..killed at King's Mountain, later she married James Glenn, terrtiorial Gov.of Augusta Co., Va prior to the  outbreak of the Rev. War era. We have several generations going on here also. But Eliza Ann Glenn is in papers of my ancestor(William E. Larkins) as to being an "Elder" minister of an Church in east of Springfield, Illinois..where they lived briefly.near Lacon, Illinois...with the Strawn family, Rachel Reed Larkins uncle.  Likewise one of my Larkins decendents also marries into the later Glenn family also.

Now as to your document...while researching out this family in general... I came across an "railroad fraud" that concerned our family if kin to Col. James Martin...whose grandson was captured by the Indians...and raised by them.. It takes place in Lawson, Missouri...and concerns people whom literally bought the whole town for later land speculation, supposedly the railroad line was to go through it...which never came about. This information I found...and each paragraph here would need an page or so to relate the story in depth with names and dates...but it starts in part in New York of all places and an investment company...leads me back to Lincoln's Vice  President later President "Pike".  I beleive it was PIke that most likely hired John Wilkes Booth to kill Lincoln...kind of.like Oswald/ Ruby killing Kennedy........History repeats itself you know. Pike was upset with Lincoln at the time...he was in cahoots with the Railroad Magnets of the day, and they were using Chinese and Back labor...sometimes Native Americans to build the railroad line across the nation...Lincoln's thought that every man should be "free" would of kept the railroad from being built do to it's cost of the labor force. This idea of freedom for the slaves was indeed an "Christ" like apparartion..... but not in Lincoln...I think in Rev. John Brown of Harper's Ferry...of whom my Nebraska family had as thier guess at their 50th wedding anninversary in an picture. It is my opinion that the money that was embezzeled from our Martin/larkin family ended up in Lawson, Mo...before it was then transferred to the railroad tycoon in Monterrey, California to finish off the western side of the railroad to link with eastern side of the railroad. Rather it was done with the help of Thomas Oliver larkin I am most unsure of, but he lived near by....and his sister married into the Lincoln family also. Her chart work is easy to find until the new age historians get their hands on it most likley. Pike's Peak of course was named after this US President also. Perhaps this was another"Watergate" of it's era...in that the original dooucment said something that would of pointed fingers back to Pike or the railroad tycoons. You can easily see why someone would not want me to hint nor reveal the data on it all..and try to change family lines, and make me look in-coherent on the data. I beleive now the prior episode dealing with Mollala, Oregon was an repeat of history on this also. It is also an representation in the "Hill/Evans" fued in Kentucky also...where the Hill family..originally maternal Larkin..married the Hill family and supposedly were fighting over two docotor's taking business away from each other. The Hill family are depected as Illerate Hillbillies, and are not...Dr. Oliver Perry Hill was formally educated at an college in Kentucky. The fued went ballistic when they were helping an freind named John Brown moving across the land and had to cross into the Evans ground to do that...earlier the hills had loaned the Evans one of their servants to help Evans doctoring and he abused her. I think he must of out-right raped the living tar out of her...because all them owned slaves in the area pretty much...abusing an slave was done all the time back then.  At any rate...Hill took Evans to court...and there's talk that Evans afterwards got the hell beat out of him on the courthouse lawn...while others looked on, to scared to intervene...and it started the 20 year fued..of one side shooting the other side on-sight...people scattering out of the area. Now Kentucky historians say that it is not what it has mushroomed into these days to sell an fantasic book written about it...but aren't getting an word in edge wise.  Our family found the story supposedly written by an judge of the time that was writing about fueds back then...and was held by an Coal mine company in Tennessee..it's name was Darst I think. What did the railroads need back then to operate?....Coal. More then that James...gold was found in Tenneesee, which they are saying was the true reason of the "Trail of Tears" ...as it was dwindling out...the "California Gold Rush" began. I'll be writing more about this with more in-depth data coming up later on. It will surpise you how all this ends up...but an lot of questions to history will be perhaps given an better light as to it's times and truth. Ship Captains also dealed with the issue of free labor done by slavery. It appears that early Kentucky was an booming business for Native American captives to be traded off to others in any of the four directions...but north and south were the more frequent paths. There is an hint of heavy French influence here also.

If the missing Gettysburg manuscript dissapeared..it most likley had an comment in it that was either poiltical or incriminating to someone...they couldn't take the whole speech without substituing it with an another...as everyone would of been looking for it eventually...and whomever.... knew that. I wonder if anyone has checked out the Huntington Library in California...they have an whole section of fakes and fallacies of the Civil War and surrounding it in letters and documents. The answer lies in following the history trail. We carry it with us "naturally"...reguardless of what mankind thinks they can do ti change things. It gets repeated until satisfied by justice in the issue.

Mary and Bill Hay were my son's Montessori teachers for two years in town here. I have them though in other genealogical information.

Sorry I timed out on that last post.....I went to my yearly heart check up...he's upset...gained about 15 pounds last year and blood pressure 20 points to high...15 pounds an year means I've over ate by at least two cups of food every month...actually a little bit more. I'm now on blood pressure tablets...though they have to be sent out to me. I'm thinking about going on an diet..but you know unless others want you healthy...an person an ever will be...esp if it's thier job.. Or at least from my observation of things...he told me to quit watching tv ads/commericals about losing weight and pillsand eating food and stop getting psyiced out by them in general "mentally". I think maybe he thinks watching it all influences people maybe...I see the "dish" satallite now has an button to not air commericals if you don't want to see them. I find TV these days... an nice way to fall alseep.

I see that Prince William inherits 15.5 million dollars on his June 21 birthday...that should buy an LOT of baby diapers someday. Do you think he will buy his kid it's own modest little cabin to play in... while growing up? Guess he can only answer that question. If he has his own ground he could always make his own small pond.. and name it ..Lake Windsor...his stables Prince William Stables....let's see...we need an name for his estate also...opps cabin....ah..."Wee Willies Cabin"?...How about "Kate's Concern".... The Rowdy Rompin Castle....Ok, I give up....so much for an summer retreat...have an good day everyone!

I am back, tired, we moved all kinds of funiture around tonight as I decided to scrap the idea of an outside bed..we have just had to much rain to cope with it... so I went back and we moved the futon out on the covered patio upstairs...it's really safer in some ways also, it's completely enclosed...two air mattresses, mattress cover, sleeping bag, bedspread, and pillows and fuzzy blanket...whose out there...my kitty cats. Rolling around in all the fuzzies. Since they can't get out of the room and there's an open window now for summer, let them enjoy it.  Animals can't climb it as long as the tree limbs are trimmed back far enough. It' s an straight down two srory drop..but the window is heavily screened anyway. I tried to arrange for an over night stay locally..that bombed at least with the daughter in-law, though I only talked to my son about it. He's taking off for his little stint in Colorado by Saturday...for an week..as he delivers goods back and forth three times from Denver to Texas. I hope they give him escort cars..he said he'd have them. Stuff he hauls is usually super huge equiptment. He says he wants to go to the coast...I'm not to keen about it...there's been recent  quake activity for several months, not to mention all the stuff incoming from Japan right now. Of course next week is July 4th and I told him...your probably already to late for and decent place that don't cost to much. Reservations for the Holdiays have to be made ahead you  know. People don't seem to be doing to many frieworks this year..or have that many planned.

On this Lincoln thing....the Native Americans think that Lincoln is an Mengellon..they say he has the darkish  olive skin look...and they are an mix of Spanish/Shepardic.Jews...or  European/Shepardic Jews....it says that the last ones ended up in England from those in northern Italy and southern Germany...they went to England with the Roman  Army. Those of Spain were in the area of Castile and Aragon..and with the Turkish Moors at one time also. Queen Elenor m King Edward I or II...was from Castile. These people can be darkish looking at times and then again not. Kind of an olive hue to tell the truth. They were caught up also with the German Visgoth lineages also....and eventually with the "Holy Grail" Story. But the "Berbers" of France and the Shepardic Jews also tell thier story of being in Jersusalem at one time also.  It is the latter two groups that emerge back and forth in the history though the  most with theTemplar Knights and France/England/Rome...from Jewish roots. Here in the USA...the Jewish first landed in Rhode Island..have some to do with the Rogers territory also. But it's been mainly the recent DNA testing that is giving us any connections to their travels.Lincoln's were an New England group before going into Virginia. My hubby's mother is one of the German Shephardic jews. His dad is so pure English/Irish/Scotch looking too..tall, blonde hair..light skinned and blue eyed...while his mother had this light olive tone to her skin, dark hair and eyes...and stood an few inches taller then his wife.  Geneilogists are still out of the Berry/Barry family...but they think they were "Berbers" prior. They were considered by some "mullato's"prior, until DNA tests proved differently. They all went  down in records as mulatto's under the Native Ameircan Census records as slaves/captives. Now they call most mixed black lines only mullato's..or African/NA.mix. True "blacks" had an whitish coloration inside the palms of theie hands, on the bottom of their feet, and sometimes lightly around the mouth...and most often if you can trace them at all..you know the ship's name that transported them. The true Native Americans are known to be "redmen" in skin color. So much goes for distinguishing "roots" of people...it's better then being listed an true blooded "spoiled brat" I guess...winks* Enough about the geneaology bit I think..takes up an lot of posting room.

SHIRLEY  with your long and interesting posts have you ever thought of doing your autobiography because you seem to have a much fuller and more interesting life than some of the celebreties have, I find their books very boring (you must be a very fast typist)
