Where you at Julie?...I know around St. Louis is suppose to be 105 degrees today...we will start warming up here from now through the begining of next week...into the low 90's.

Yeah tell me about it Cathyml...my mouth bothering me also and just about out of the anit-biotics the surgeon gave me sometime back. Cardiologist must want me dead for some reason...he doesn't thinkI need them...,should I send him out of this medical research book that gum disease/dental problems can cause 50 to 100 per cent of an case of "hardening of the arteries" if not taken care of properly. That is why the dental surgeon "preps" me prior to having surgery. He also takes me off the blood thinners prior also. Gives me an mouth wash to tighten up my gums...as he tells me there's less bleeding. Plus he has equiptment behind me in case anything goes wrong that an regular dentist most often doesn't even have in his whole building...let alone sitting by his patient. As he says...he hopes he never has to use it. But he's educated to do so if he does. I was refered there by my regular dentist.  The bridgework they put in to orignally hold my gold crown..is something akin to an skyscraper foundation I think. So goes...hope you can find someone worthy enough for the work of it all. My teeth are one of my bad areas of health in my life...because the first doctor...when I was an kid.. didn't do his work correctly.

Other then that...the good news of the day....an dog fell down an incliment in an rock quary not to far away...it was hanging on an cliff on it's side...stopped...but looking at an 100 foot drop if it moved..it had been missing an week before they spotted it in it's perilous position and with the help of an fireman...lowered down on an rope over the edge...they saved the dog. He's back home with his family now and safe and in good health again. Makes me want to hug "Daisy" everytime I see her on TV. Hope she never goes back there. Good reason your dog should not be allowed to run loose if at all possible.

Oh, talking teeth Cathyml...My sister in-law that passed away recently... many many years ago, told me she wanted me to have something...and she handed me this bright orange necklance with an hand crotched neckline/binding to it...and something tells me that it might be real Chinchilla teeth in this necklace...the stones are not plastic....and they don't really look like stones either. I have never seen any kind of an "bead" like them either. I guess that why I liked her and her aunt Edna also...they were " realists" in an way. They knew to help others... but wisely. She probably figured being an historian that I'd take care of it for her.... and I have all these years. I would not think of selling it.... because it was hers at one time....rather it has any real wealth or not.

Hope all our members on the other side of the pond had a great day yesterday!

Wishing you all a terrific day today as well - we are almost at the weekend!!Smile
