I went shopping yesterday also and spent about twice what I ususally do, but then I added to my cases..with an half case each of Beef Barley soup and Chicken noodle soup, half that with Bean an Bacon soup..and I was out of my purified water...and calorie free drinks...fresh veggies.. and pet food...got three bags on that and then worked on "Valentine's Day" for my kids...took them out an nice round steak, tater tots, brocooli, Garlic toast and red velvet cup cakes with an small chocolate candy on top and some tulips...so they can have dinner on us. I was also out of meat..so I was out of an lot of things that are costly these days. Did manage to find an few good deals along the way though. Now I have to go to the fabric shop and find some new buttons to replace on my coat, or at least an few matching ones to what I already have. At any rate, I didn't do much writing yesterday. Cathyml..your always going to have those "storms" sitting on top of the world's largest "Gold" reserve you know. You should get an puppy/kitty and name it "Igot"...an golden colored one. No lion though!...Smiles.* Hello Richard...James...hope things are going well for you....and Peggy also...and master Sir Ron, Knight of the POE round table..of the Grouse Club. thought I saw" Dave" poppin in here recently also. "Coast" was playing some Dean Martin music last night..he had such an wonderful voice. Very few people know it, but so did the Smothers Brothers in thier day considered more comedians then vocalist. But I managed to get my hands on one of thier singing albums...and its really good. They sing this one song and I feel like I'm on an ship..like an Gallion ship...sailing the Ocean blue with the winds in my face, sunshine and good sailing...."You ask where I live..here's the address I give...the four winds and the seven seas"! I best get going...Scouts tonight..so dinner is early..still using up the freezer items also..so its an small ham piece I kept from earlier and Mashed potaotes..fresh salad. I wanted to try out this green bean, red potato and snap pea salad I found also..with fresh greens. But that salad might be tomarrow night. I am smelling "Spring" in the air people...we have flower bubls sprouting out of the ground.. Have an good day everyone! |

We've been to most of Europe but not Austria, I understand the Tyrol region is beautiful though - maybe one day Longest flight was 13 hours to LA, boring more than anything, just glad it wasn't with Easy Jet, sadly the trips to Europe usually are |
