Richard we are lucky enough to be in a lovely village surrounded by beautiful countryside, so we have our local shops, and we can go for walks this weekend. It's actually not that unusual for the car not to move for a few days, just hope this nice weather lasts Smile

Good morning....last report there were 945 people affected by the metoritie in Russia. See, goes to prove, you don' thave to go looking for problems...they will come to you..HA!  We don't need them though.

I am wondering how my hubby's brother back east is doing today...one arm missing, finger, burnt across the chest from an job injury of an "wire" electrical wire hitting across him, he had open heart surgery last year...and was suppose to yesterday have veins taken out of his legs to help improve his breathing..as they had put him on an oxygen machine from heart problems. Unsaid kind of but I think he must be doing pretty good.... if still alive. I had an guy come to my house yesterday, that much reminded me of him, if he never of had any of these problems.

Such an wonderful  sunny and pretty morning out there today. My brother came in last night, early off the truck.. and I was able to get all the stuff I bought yesterday over to his wife...and wished her an Happy Birthday. Next up is St Patty's Day. Good thing I got that book on "Rainbow's"...maybe I can find another Shamrock plant also. Drag out my Irish Cookbook... and the one on thier Irish Myths. Let that kind of be my decorations. Did you know that the Irish claim fame to more U. S. Presidents then any other culture of people here. That's because they are an tough and strong people..think wisely...and hard working also. Faithful. Even when they are wealthy, they live simply and sensibly.

I suppose I should get going...sorry to hear about the car problems..I can' tthink of anyone that wants them exactly. Gas prices are so high it's becoming impossible to use them any more in ways. They need to make better bycycles..or go back to horse and buggies...I doubt they'd cost 5 dollars an Gallon...let alone that much every day.

Have an good day everyone!

But what about the price we have been paying Shirley......£7.50 a gallon?

How many dollars per gallon would that be for you right now?
