Had a week in Padstow maybe 10 years ago, lovely place. had a look at the price lists in Rick Steins windowa dnw ent round the corner to a little pub and had superb steaks for less than half the price of his 'fish and chips!!!' Wouldn't pay those prices even if I won the lottery....shudder to think what they will be now..... You'll have to have a look and tell us Ruth..

Dave, the prices in Rick Steins place are still way over the top, I'll have a look at the menu displayed on the window and let you know how much the fish & chips are. He owns about 11 differerent paces in and around Padstow now, so much so that the locals call it Padstein. In his favour though he provides a lot of jobs for local people, and everyone you talk to say that he is good to work for.

Good morning everyone..ah still here, so big quake yet..and hope things remain that way. Our newspaper has donated an whole section this morning called "They are here"...it is about the drug cartel. The numerous murders they are committing. That they are "everywhere" and Oregon doesn't permit drugs...most of it here
is raising in the forrests and in private housing for shipment. They hide behind the Freedoms of the American Citzens...30,000 to 40,000 people have already died in Mexico over this. The only way to really stop it is "from within" society. Stop being drug laden. It
concerns me because of an vision I had many years ago...in which I
was told that "God" was very unhappy over all this and it's crime and what it is doing to the good people...he says he will destroy all of Mexico and thr west coast..if not the nation someday in stopping it himself if we can't do this ourselves. He has had it with the harrasment of inncocent people...and the harm done to our children of the world in abuse. This article goes on to remind of how scared
I was that day from receiving the vision. And "NO"...none of my visions are done with any kind of substance induced to have them.
I am shown them telepathically. It appears that to any one that is
in thier way..they leave an "pipe bomb" that destroyed houses as much as 2 blocks away...and kills everyone around this...including the innocent. Including the children...including the animals....including "life" it's very self. Sometimes it's as simple
as having an address.. with ties to the past of drugs.... as for reason
of why these "pipe bombs" had been planted by the drug cartels.
They don't even check if the victim they are after are still living there.
Something really needs done...but it can't be done by one person..it's going to take everyoen in the state...or perhaps "God".
Maybe he has the strength to right the wrong, where we don't apparently...but I hate to see my nation "die"....because of them. I
really do. My visions scare me. I've never forgotten them since I had
them. If people have the education to read this article..it's an nice huge spread of all the killings linked to the drug cartel in our area.
Why other Mexicans would back up this "drug" useage is beyond me. You can't have an decent life with them around...not really. It
is raining this morning. Today is my day of rest in an way...as I took
care of everythign yesterday pretty much that needed done, visited the afternoon with my sister..the evening with my kids...they were
having an backyard BBQ later that night with Micheal and Christopher and families. I guess I go for now...enjoy your "fish and chips" everyone...save an few for me.
