I always wondered if Stephanie has anything to do with the Stephanie over here..(whose involved by that name of Kyron Horman's " dissappearance" years ago)...I have an cousin named that also...though I've never met her...that I can think of anyway. I am much older then she is. Which reminds me, gor another wedding invite in Augusta for one of our former Scouts...they are storing all our equiptment for us now...they have an farmer's market thing going out east of town here. I should probably go and see what her prices are for green beans. Though it's gotten down to money wise, if I can't grow it..we don't eat it. It's no longer affordable to us in other words. When my cherry tree didn't produce because of bugs...I can't replace cherries in my diet at $3.89 an pound...we forget about them. I am still wondering about the thousands of bees that died last week at anTigard store and in Hillsboro..they think "insecide" and show an parking lot at the store just peppered with thousands of bees. Without bees in the world...we have no food you know..mankind dies. My neighobr don't like bees and I can't say I've seen where they really bother her...one guy coming out to take out the Queen bee and they are gone usually. Honey is at an premium price these days too. I have an receipr for you all...as you know I have quite the time trying to find an low calorie breakfast...and came upon this one.

Cold Strawberry Soup....Puree.... 2 pints of strawberries, 1/4 peeled cucumber, 2 Tablespoons parsely and 2 Tablspoons cilantro. Add 1 pint of hulled, chopped strawberries, 2 more tablespoons of the same fresh herbs above, 1 Tablespoon lemon, juice 1 Tablespoon olive oil, salt and pepper...chill...top wiht sliced scallions. Soundedl ike it might be good for breakfast with light cream cheese on an muffin. Not something to eat everyday unless you can grow your own strawberries.... or get an raise in wages from someone. For an family this would be to expenisve to make daily.

I was up this morning at 4 am..finger hurting me, from the cyst.. so went to work with opening it up again with an needle and cleansing it out and adding more anti-biotic cream and wrapping it up. The cleansing potion is pain killer type..so after it soakes into the raw tissue there's no pain..and by the time all this is finsihed...I'm not feeling an thing...and I can sleep.  I guess I go for now.

Hi..I made the Srawberry soup...but for one pint I used frozen berries and for the rest fresh...and it's not to bad. but not an desert type of soup...also chopped the little green onions on top and served it with high Fiber 100 cal. multigrain muffin with lite cream cheese on top..and might of liked an small amount of sugar-free apricot jam.. the next time around..or an bit of honey.. Served it in an one cup bowl..with some hot spicy tea. One tablespoon of splenda, because the fresh berries were not as yet fully ripen. I'd give it an 85 points for breakfast..better at lunch with an veggie/meat sandwhich of some kind. Good fo ran late night snack. Tonight my oldest granson comes home from an week of being gone. I look forward to seeing him. Talk to you dear POE people tomarrow sometime. (Bad right ear tone just came in for about an minute...wonder where that quake was at...or if it's happened as yet.)
