Just think..and explosion of Vit D ..rustyruth!...good luck on the man-tan cream also.

Paper says that Oregon ranks 32 in the USA of well being to it's children...to many low incomes...coupled with the drug cartels up here also...and NA's and farmers. They either make it or don't most the time....only one way to change this..give the people better opportunity and money doing something legal.

I only listened to coasttocoast last night enough to understand how crooked our officals have been for several generations now. But for the most part it was attributed to an long line of "Skull and Bones" members. I doubt we have an chance of survival when you get down to it..most the good guys will die..or already have.. I was wanting to hear the health condition of Nelson Mandela also...heard he was in critical shape.

Lazy day again..hoping my finger will heal up better...cyst is an full blown problem to me right now. Bloody looking thing also. I opened it up to drain it..and hit an small vein..bled like crazy, so I pressure bandaged it up..stopped the bleeding but it looks "raw" for an finger right now..something I hope to discuss with the docotor here soon maybe. I could use some penicillin to help it probably also. This came about years ago when "Ruby" our Lory bird died having an stoke... on that finger..by the time he died, he had his claw in it..and when we took him off it..had drawn blood from his claws he was holding onto me so tightly. Whenever I'm under stress, the cyst tends ot fester up more. I've been to an doctor before on it..I thought at first I was getting an wart...but the emergency clinic says that it is an cyst, and it is..I've drained it before opening it up..he said if I came in that they could see if they could take an needle and down down and such it up enough to removed the sac it creates to fil up with fluid...but hasn't been necessary so far. the clinic told me that theywere pretty commmon in the old days, and back then they use to pop the liquid sac with their Bibles of all things..or an heavy book..and they would go away...well, they need to stay away. So I guess I need to watch my diet also and stay off the sugar would help also. right now I'm drinkng my hubby's witches brew he calls coffee...I HAVE to use coffee mate to stand to drink it also.. it's so acid based strong. Tonight is the health club...so I'll have to have this wrapped up by then if I go. So better get going and wash my clothes if I'm going to go anywhere this week...have an good day.

Rons post about Diana made me realize how I have lost contact with several former poe members whome I was friends with well now I am starting to rectify it and getting in contact again, I have heard from Stephanie which I am very pleased about, and that's a start'

Diana's Aunt Miya has a way of uniting us all Peggy don't you think? Funny posts they are too and well worth a read.
